JustDial.com — Complaint against fraudulent service provider listed on justdial - prikshit bajaj

Dear Team,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against a service provider named Prikshit Bajaj[protected], whom I found through the trusted JustDial.com website. After making an inquiry on JustDial, Prikshit contacted me and shared his website, vikatatechnologies.co.in. I engaged his services to create/redesign a website and paid an advance of ₹4, 200+. He promised to complete the project within 4-5 days. However, it has now been 20 days, and the website is still not ready.

Despite repeated follow-ups, Prikshit has continuously made excuses for the delay, citing reasons such as the person working on the site being unavailable, being at the gym, or in meetings. He often claims he will show me the website in 5 minutes, but never follows through. I have to keep calling him as he does not return my calls.

Upon investigating further, I found that Prikshit Bajaj[protected] has been involved in similar fraudulent activities with other customers since 2018. This raises concerns about the reliability of JustDial's vetting process for service providers. It is both surprising and disappointing that no action has been taken against him despite multiple complaints over the years. Allowing such individuals to continue operating on your platform undermines customer trust and damages the reputation of the JustDial brand.

I am therefore requesting that JustDial take immediate and appropriate action against Prikshit Bajaj, which includes removing his listing from your platform and banning him from further participation. I intend to share my experience on social media and escalate the matter to JustDial’s senior leadership to ensure other users are made aware of this ongoing fraud. Moreover, I am prepared to pursue legal action to recover my money and report his fraudulent activities to the authorities if necessary.

I expect JustDial to address this matter promptly by logging my complaint, taking necessary steps against Prikshit Bajaj, and ensuring a refund of my advance payment. I am also in contact with JustDial's Regional Manager and North Leader to seek a resolution.
