I took package for advertisement from JUSTDIAL on 12 feb 2024 and it was activated on 22 feb 2024, marketing of this company told me that they will be providing leads but no leads were provided by them, fake promises were made by them. They have charged 30000 from me. i have raised the complaint...

Hy this is elubandi venkata sampath owner of smart loan karts had taken a subscription 23rd May.2023. every month they are debiting the emi through ecs. but my account is not activated, and single lead also not received from them. they are taking bounce charged too. no one has called me till date. service coordinators or others.

We recently paid Rs. 56640/- for a three-month subscription to Justdial leads plan. However, we are dissatisfied with service because we are receiving very few leads and some of them are not within our limit. Also there are providing fake leads when every we call to customer care just they call us and ask money to pay more.

Representatives will grab our OTP and activate subscription themself, you don't let us read the agreements.br...

Dear Sir,

Despite so many calls & conversation with Aman Singh-[protected], Just Dial not closing my account from his desk. I had cancelled the ECS through their application & their application confirm the same. But after few days these cheaters activate my account from their end & made the request of ECS from my account without consent. I complaint again about it but their non-sense team asked to continue for three months as Notice period. They just imposing these charges on me. No one is there who can listen me. All the team just doing a GUNDAGARDI to continue this account unwillingly.

I called them since last 10 days to close my account but these bunch of cheaters did not listen my concern. They are torturing me last 10 days.

Forcefully they forward the ECS which got bounced & affect my credibility in bank. I am attaching herewith screen shot of call detail as well as communication through their app for your kind reference.

I request you please seek your personal intervention in this matter & save me from these rascals.

On my naturals salon borivali mumbai listing i have been took a contract through shreyash after making the payment whenever i m having issues he is not been responding, now hashim from justdial is also not reverting from the back end team. The below mentioned are the issues we are facing
1) reviews are not showing it shows 12 on justdial but only 5 are visible
2)we are not receiving any notifications, messages or email of leads due to not getting it we are lossing them
3) business website needs to be updated
4) cannot add photos videos, cant update skincare, hair or any more services
5) service catalogue cant update
6) yet our kyc is showing pending

your staff after taking the full payment they havent yet solved any our queries marketing team shreaysh and customer service hashim from mumbai office not are providing any solutions and now they are not even answering my calls from 3 days

this was not at all acceptable from justdial
as this type of service is letting down the brands name

Even after repeatedly telling I don't want to do in marketing of my business with just dial I am getting calls every single day . After telling to remove my number to their costumer care it's still the same .

One of the JustDial executives (Mr Deepak Thakur [protected]) had committed fraud on the pretext of the fake and fraudulent promise made to me on the ECS purchase followed by the invoice numbers DL0124SE11027682 and DL0124RC10522015. I have raised the concern many times by calling customer service but no appropriate resolution was received. Despite my confirmation to stop my ECS and services, services were not stopped. It’s been more than a week, I haven’t received any response from your concern team (Mr Aakash). Based on this I have suffered mental harassment for calling up daily to JustDial for customer care but no solution was received, just false promises from the ECS Concern team. We had the worst experience from just dial 😔.

Last year in December 2022 we got service from them for generating Inquiries related to our business, but firstly they didn't provide them properly, then in March 2023 the number of Inquiries dropped drastically,
and when we asked, they summed up it by saying technical fault, but we didn't say anything by thinking they we resolve it, but after all this, till November we don't get any relevant lead or inquiry from them.

So after all those things, when we approached them to stop service, they said ok for that, but still, it won't stop and they auto debit our money even after we don't use it .though it already decide that if we don't pay charges of any month then it will be cut through deposited money but they didn't cut it. also cause of some financial issues we weren't able to keep money in that account but still they took bounce charges 7 times/ day which is 7184 rupees.

So please we request you to, don't do this type of thing with anyone and also to refund the money for the service don't use.

A guy named Raj Kiran( JustDial Representative), phone number of Raj Kiran- [protected] came to me a few months ago asking me to register with JustDial which i agree to but only for 3 months (Amount of Rs 1475) to which he agreed. However even after 3 months the money is still being auto debited from my account. When i called the just Dial customer care they said i have agreed for auto debit for a year which is totally false. I am trying to call Raj Kiran but he is not receiving my calls when i call him from a different number he takes my call but disconnects it when he finds out it's me. I am calling just Dial repeatedly but they tell me it will be resolved but not action has been taken so far. Moreover the money is being debited from my Hotel Account " Raj Residency " koraput but the company registered under my phone number is a Hospital name " Bikash Diagnostic Centre & Hospital" koraput. I request a refund of the 4th amount i.e. Rs 1475/- and put an end to this false agreement. Kindly help me in putting an end to this fraud.

I have taken their services on 11 dec 2023 they showed me the data that daily you will get 300 leads but 1 month has been gone and i have just received the 3 leads and i asked them to stop my ecs and refund the money they denied by saying that it can not be done before 1 year so kindly help me out with the issue as soon as possible

Plan Details and associated benefits are not publicly available on their website or app etc. Plan Benefits are communicated privately over phone or in person. After purchasing of plan by customer, Justdial team is unresponsive with regard to issues raised by customer.

As i was working in gram panchayt before, just dial has uploaded my number as a contact number to give the informations of Gram Panchayat Office. But now i am not working there, but the i am receiving more calls regarding Gram Panchayat Office allround from Bangalore. I am very much distrubed regarding this. So i request you to kindly remove my number from that contact .

Despite multiple times telling just dial customer care not to call and that I am not interested in registering again with them, I am receiving calls frequently. Please make sure that no call comes from the customer care to +91 [protected]

I think there is no genuine and responsible person in justdial...

My friend have been approached by just dial staff with various offers and rajkumar kollapuram had kept changing different rate sfor services and when confronted started abusing in unparliamentary language and abusive and filthy language, saying he will ### the CUSTOMERs wife and ran off, and Abdul Sonu rahim frezed the deal with a fraudulent price and then went back on promises and not lifting the calls and just dial company was reached several times but the executives r like goondas who high handedly dominate and don't HELP and resolve the queries, the payment was made completely but now they r demanding double amount, just dial is a fraud and bogus company, it's staff r all goondas and scoundrels

My business was registered on just dial by two salespersons, they made false promises about lead generation and business growth, they wanted me to pay 2 months advance downpayment of 4720 rupees which i did with UPI, and they made me sign a ECS mandate form. which said i cannot withdraw from this service before 1 year, so I did not sign on that clause, they fraudulently signed on this clause in my name and processed that mandate by themself.br...

Since 2 months no services on website . i want to withdraw services. no help from justdial, they do not evn take the calls

I have registered with just dial ltd for lead generation of my civil work business in kolkata . I paid 3 months in advance and also they took ECS mandate every month from me Rs.3000 every month from my bank account. After that, they started sending some leads to my mobile and email. I noticed that the leads sent by them are totally false, irrelevant and fake. none of them are genuine and I realised that I made a mistake. After seeing for 3 months I realised that they are cheating me with wrong leads. I asked them to discontinue my registration and stop the ECS deduction. They continue to deduct my money even after asking for discontinuing. When called their customer care department, they speak some irrelevant things and try to divert your discussion. Finally they say that they will continue to deduct for 9 months because it is there in the agreement. I said when i am not getting any service from you and requested for delisting my business with Justdial, what right do they have to take money from me simply without giving any product or service in return to me. I am now totally convinced that these people are cheaters and liers. My advice to anyone is not to go to them for any reason except you have lots of money to give to these beggars. Please do not trust those people at all and someone from the government may look into the matter and control such fraudulent people. Otherwise, everyone will think that they can also cheat people like justdial
