Sub--COMPLAINT AGAINST JUSTDIAL, NOIDA FOR UNETHICAL PRACTICE AND EXPLOITATION OF CONSUMER

Dear sir,

On 17/4/2024, Mr. Sachin (Mob [protected]) contacted us on behalf of Just Dial, for the advertisement of our PG on Just Dial and took Rs 7080 by paytm as two months advance for the display of ad along with documents and our bank details on the condition that within 2 days ad will be activated and from next month of a monthly of Rs 3540 will be deducted from our account by ECS.

It is horrible to inform that till today, the ad has not been activated and ECS of Rs. 35 40 is being claimed by company for last 3 months.
We took up the issue and requested that if ad is not activated why monthly ECS is being claimed. It should be either stopped or kept in abeyance till the ad is activated or the money should be refunded to us and chapter be closed.
But their reply is money is not refunded, they know how to take money, they don’t know to refund it.

We therefore, request you to take stern action against the company by imposing a heavy penalty for this kind of arbitrary behaviour and exploitation of consumer and help us to recover our money along with indirect loss of around Rs 2 lacs in business .

    In May 2024, I requested Justdial to cancel my ECS mandate. Despite their agreement to process the cancellation, the ECS has not been canceled, and ₹3540 is being debited from my account every month. I have made multiple complaints to Justdial's customer service, but there has been no resolution or adequate response.

    This situation is causing me significant financial hardship, and I believe it constitutes a serious case of negligence and unauthorized debiting by Justdial. I am now seeking your assistance to resolve this issue and to ensure that Justdial cancels the ECS immediately and refunds all the unauthorized debits.

    Relief Sought:
    Immediate cancellation of the ECS mandate.
    Full refund of all amounts debited since May 2024.
    Compensation for the financial and mental stress caused by this issue.
    I request you to take up this matter with Justdial and help me achieve a fair resolution. I am attaching all relevant documents, including the ECS agreement, correspondence with Justdial, and bank statements showing the unauthorized debits.

      Dear Sir,

      I am writing to express my frustration as a mobile number user who is receiving unsolicited sales calls from Just Dial daily on +[protected]. Despite never subscribing to any of their services, I am receiving a minimum of 2-3 calls each day from different numbers. Each time, I request them to remove my data from their calling list, but my requests are ignored, and the calls persist. This has been an extremely distressing experience.

      Today alone, I have received calls from[protected] and +[protected].

      I urge you to take strict legal action against this company and seek compensation for the mental harassment I have endured for the past several months.

        I subscribed for the just dial subscription and the person selling me the same lied again and again. He started with saying that 2 months money is a down payment. And to the best of my understanding down payments means the first two payments so i thought that these are for the same. Then he executed the ECS and also verified my phone number.

        Once all this was done he just slyly told me that your ECS will start from this month. I told him that you said the initial payment was a down payment. He said yes but that means the last two payments which he did not mention earlier.

        I asked him to cancel my plan and refund me the money, he said that that cannot be done right away but he told me to atleast try it for 1 month and he will initiate my cancellation after a few days.

        He left and has not picked my call since. I tried to reach out to just dial to cancel my subscription but they are like you need to serve a 3 months notice now.

        This is like they are literally scamming me with 5 months of payment as if i cancel after the notice period the “down payment” will not be refunded. They are a huge scam company and nothing else

        Upon reading about it online i relaized that they have perfected the art of scamming people and a lot of people are facing the same issue

          I took a service from JustDial in Feb 2024 at that time their BDE Mr Nomaan Khan come to my office and explained about their plan and services and said there is huge potential with keywords belongs to my business and I will get many leads each month from JustDial that will increase my revenue. I asked him if I want to close my contract later if I don't get business or leads so that time he said for sure I can close contract after few months If I don't get good business.

          I started a plan with INR 3538 per month and deposited two months of advance payment and they started ECS for each month but after a few months when I didn't get good response I called to their BDE Nomaan Khan to close my contract so he came to my office and offer me another option to switch on National level of leads contract that I will get in same amount I am paying for City level so I thought I may get leads if I use a country level plan by paying one more month of Advance deposit.
          Now I have deposited three months of Advance payment.

          After using their Country level plan for a few months I felt same as before all leads were usually fake or from student or candidates looking for Job not from the business persons.
          After waiting for a few month I tried to contact their customer support to close my contract but they said this I have to continue for at least 1 year and forced to pay ECS each month or If I stop my ECS I will not get refund of my three months of deposited Money which is around 9000 INR.

          When I called MR. Nomaan to stop my contract as he said in the beginning, But he started avoiding my call and msgs, he said I am sending you an email id where you have to send an email but neither he shared email id nor he said what should I write in that email.

          I didn't get a single quality lead so far since I joined JustDial and wanted to stop this plan and want to get my money back.

          I was not expecting such poor services from a big company and how they can force someone to pay for one year whether I am not getting any profit using their services, even so far I didn't get a single project from just Dial leads.

          I want to stop this auto deduction and want to get my deposited money (10640 INR) back. I attached a screenshot of deposited amount.

            I had purchased justdial service for my business named wellcare home nursing on April 2023 and the same month I intimated that the business is closed and stop mandate and auto debit of money from bank account. Even after 1 year also in April 2024 and may 2024 they debited money from bank account. Currently my bank account is negative. Even after requesting so many times they are not willing to stop auto debiting. Please do the needful to stop auto debit and refund me the amount.

              Just dial representative hidden the agreement copy for ECS, he didn't provide agreement copy too. It's a trap to the people for deducting money from account and they are not providing a fruitful information, its like I paid them for trouble myself.
              I strongly suggest Justdial idiots, to have a transparent business and they should review and change their policy to open option to choose the package. so that they will get huge business. Now they trap people to get unethical money collection and not giving good service to their customers.
              the representative not providing ECS agreement copy and not answering properly after the commitment. My ECS to be stopped with immediate effect!

                I am a Practising Chartered Accountant. I had registered on Justdial on 01.05.20254 and paid 3 months amount of Rs 6191 and updated all my profile details along with KYC. BuT MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT OPERATIONAL, then on repeatedly calling customer care, 1 executive Jeetu Tiwari visited my place of business and took photos and certification copy and uploaded the same on Justdial with additional payment of Rs 2791 on 10th May 2024. ECS mandate was given which was also deducted on 13.05.2024 of Rs 2789. Still the same status, account not activatd. I being CA have given all proofs of being a CA still this JUstdial is making a fool of professional. What else can a CA give in support of being a CA other than (Membership Certificate, Practicing Certificate, Member card, Firm Card). Such harassment in not updating my KYC despite payments made.

                  Hi, have opted Just Dial services 4-5 months ago but due to worst and fraud services I had called them to cancel the request just after 1st month and also updated cancellation request through their app. However, they told after 3 months, your services would be discontinued and your deposit would be used for subscription for 2 additional months. These guys are still running ECS on my account and again I called them today 5th May, 2024 they are saying billing has been done so we have to pay may month then again we call them to cancel ECS request.

                  They are totally fraud and I want to take it legally, can someone please help me. These Justdial.com are looting small business with such a cheap business strategy.

                      While registering business on justdial we were asked to provide address proof like adhaar for listing by their RM Mr.Pankaj. Our business is in Haridwar and business was listed in Bijnor. On asking about leads, we were informed that we shall get leads for all categories irrespective of registration city. We started getting leads for Bijnor only. On requesting City change we were informed that city changes cannot be done and we need to pay the registration amount all over again for listing at Haridwar and they cannot refund our balance amount or adjust it in new listing.

                                We have given advance payment for Rs. 4720 by online payment to book our Package on 13.2.2024 to Mr. Akshay - +[protected].

                                After 20 days i came to know that Mr. Akshay has not given our ecs mendate signed papers to just dial office.

                                What action taken against Mr. Akshat for his unprofessional attitude? We have still suffered as our account ( Hurricane systems p l. even after 37 days. We have paid Total 4720 ( 13.2.2024 and 2360 ( 7.3.2024 ).

                                Hope i will get justice.

                                  Dear Concerned,

                                  I am a customer of just dial. I renewed the annual package in December. Had big words from your executive.Mr. Rajan at Ranchi. Before receiving the cheque he proved to be the best service person and as soon as the renewal was done he stopped picking my calls

                                  Further I called up your call centre and raised my issues. Mr. Abhit attended the call ( personal no. [protected]). He promised to address the issues and asked me to give the five rating after the call. Same was done as I felt the guy was genuine. Later he stopped taking my calls and none of my issues were resolved.

                                  Now I really want to know if you have any kind of genuinity left because I have lost all kind of trust in your brand. I want to know how can my issues be resolved or else how can my money be refunded.

                                  My issues:

                                  My two profiles are reflecting on Google.

                                  My Website hasn't been updated. Neither my website training has been done.

                                  My two negative feedback hasn't been deleted for the last one month.

                                  Please let me know if you can help and please don't ask your executives to do sweet talking only.

                                    My name is Dr. Ankur Verma owner of SUVIDHA DENTAL CLINIC in sunny enclave sector 125 Kharar Mohali Punjab 140301 my contact number is [protected]. I took package for advertisement from JUSTDIAL on 12 feb 2024 and it was activated on 22 feb 2024, marketing of this company told me that they will be providing leads but no leads were provided by them, fake promises were made by them. They have charged 30000 from me. i have raised the complaint so many times that i am not getting any lead but everytime they came with the new excuse. and they are not refunding money. refund my money

                                      Hy this is elubandi venkata sampath owner of smart loan karts had taken a subscription 23rd May.2023. every month they are debiting the emi through ecs. but my account is not activated, and single lead also not received from them. they are taking bounce charged too. no one has called me till date. service coordinators or others.
