I want to register a complaint against JUST DIAL. JUST DIAL sales person sold me a package giving me half information.
1. I asked for a 3 month package. He told me that he will stop it after 3 months. For this he charged me around 10000 rupees. 2 months advance and one month ECS.
Logically if I am buying a package for 3 months, I should be charged only for 3 months.
2. Regardless of paying 2 months advance and 1 month...

It is showing that my shop has been closed in the google search as well as in your website (PFA). I never made any transaction with you folks for showing my shop's advertisement in justdial.com. However, I have observed that you folks has created an unauthorized and unauthenticated profile against my shop (https://www.justdial.com/Thrissur/Smart-Upholstery-Works-Closed-Down-Pullazhi/9...⇄
