I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against JustDial for misleading commitments, unauthorized ECS deductions, and failure to provide a resolution despite multiple requests.
Complaint Details:
• I registered my business, Vaani Photography, on JustDial and made an initial payment of Rs. 2, 360 on August 1st for a trial listing.
• At the time of signup, I was promised that the ECS mandate would start only after two months and that I could terminate my contract at any time.
• However, despite my business no longer being operational, JustDial has not canceled my ECS mandate and continues deductions.
Issue with JustDial’s Customer Support:
• I have raised over 50 complaints regarding this issue, but each ticket is closed within an hour without any response or resolution.
• JustDial’s failure to address this issue and their unethical business practices have caused unnecessary financial loss and distress.
I kindly request immediate intervention to:
1. Cancel my JustDial ECS mandate and prevent further deductions.
2. Close my JustDial account permanently.
3. Investigate JustDial’s unethical practices of false commitments and lack of customer support.
