I am informed via mail 15th of march 2020 for close my business & stop to my ecs. Which every month deducting from my ac. Bcoz i am shifted to home town for permanently from 15 th march. I marked 17 mail to related this to just dial. Every time saying company excutive will call back & resolve the issue.
Today i am received amount debited sms. My april months amount deducted from my account. Due to lock down i am unable to complete my basic needs of my family.
So requesting you pls close my contract & request you to pls refund my april month deducted amount on urgent basis.
I am following up with just dial excutives aiswarya sawant & omkar. Both are not giving proper answer. I am following up with them both from 1st week of april.
