[Resolved]  JustDial.com — forcing clients to serve notice period of 3 months

I am attached justdial with name of "barcode realty" (Pranab armorikar) from last 3 years, i am unable to generate business now and don't want to continue contract due to some financial problem, i have called on their no. [protected] and said about to stop ecs, so they provide a call from concern person who don't know how to talk with clients and he said we cant stop your ecs and they harrase me all the time, seriously i am very fed up from your services.

Please stop my ecs i am not intrested in your services, and at the time of collection of cheque in my office, the marketing person not said about any 3 months notice period to stop my ecs. He told me that in any case your business is not generated you stop your ecs any time. And all time you harrase me that you have to give 3 month notice period for stop your ecs service.
