The leads which are being transferred to me are useless and futile. They are just a waste of time and sometimes very old as well as uninterested. So, i submitted a request to stop my ecs though app, whatsapp as well as customer care phone. The representative was really unhelpful and didn’t listen to me at all and forced to avail full 1 year plan without any result. I request you to stop my ecs otherwise i will take the legal route. We are the customers we will decide which service to avail and which service not to avail. Any company can’t force us to avail any service coercively.
I have already wasted my 6 months money and 2 months advance. I don’t want to pay for another 6 months. If not done, this is coercion and loot

Updated by Saurabhsps I am writing to complain that i have purchased a paid package of just dial for which i purchased in Oct 2024, for which i am paying monthly ECS of rs. 4000+gst. I have availed the subscription of 6 months already and i am getting no response in terms of business. I have requested to stop my ecs but they are forcing me to avail the subscription of next 6 months also amd refusing to de activate my account for which again they will deduct 4000+ gst every month for next 6 months. I have already lost my 8 months months and they are forcing me to avail next 6 months also. They are abusing their paid customers by their terms and conditions.
