I would like to inform you that i have used just dial pay (Using web link) on 18.8.2022 at
7:57 PM for transaction of rs 300 to pushpanjali pranbir nursery kolkata.
Although money was debited from my account (Using sbi debit card ending 4092 and the same was confirmed by sbi), pushpanjali pranbir nursery have confirmed that they have not received payment but sbi has confirmed that payment has been made and it is with jdpay.

My customer pay me 4 days before . but till today we have not received the amount, also the said amount already debited from customer account.
Customer Support for JD pay is Also Worst Service I have ever seen.
There is no support from Just Dail customer Executive.
I call Number Of times but not one Guide me. I was stuck.
