This msg i send to just dial

As discussed i told you that i am not willing to continue your services. At the time of starting services your executive did not inform me about 3months notice period then how can you at time of closing services force three months payment on me. it is your executives mistake that you should take care of instead of bothering your clients. I started services because i trusted justdial but i have received only 3-4 client from starting till now, which does not cover even 1month's ecs amount. i am in loss. You are forcing me pay for services which i am not getting.in fact you should compensate me for the loss i have been through. And i won't pay for ecs as i am not happy with the services.

I hope you understand my concern and help me in the same.

    I have taken yearly contract with justdial for the whole year and they had told me that your monthy package charge is six thousand and service tax will be seperate since you are taking the yearly service because of festive offer we will give it to you for 60k all inclusive
    I am a recruitment consultant and had taken the service to get business from employers, though i have not selected the category for candidates, justdial keeps forwarding me around 60% to 70% of inquires of candidates and they clearly mention that they are looking for jobs.

    I am trying to communicate with justdial since i have taken the package and have even mailed the details to mumbai @justdial.com, whenever i call they keep telling me it will be sorted out and someone will call you., but till now no one has called to resolve the issue

    The marketing guy (Jitendra) and the telecaller (Krishna) from this company had assured me that you will be getting minimum 6 to 7 inquiried per day and if you are getting candidates inquiry then please let us know i am calling this marketing guy so many times and even sent him an email with the details of the call, but now he is not picking the call they just keep saying that we have raise the ticket you will get a call and things will get sorted out but invain justdial is having such bad service now i am amazed... As no one in the call center is paying heed to my problem they just take fat amount from the customer and then no promised services are given.

    Its been around 20 days now and no one has yet communicated with me since i started i am complaining

        Hi there, i am narayan baria, photographer, lived in mumbai central. I yearly ecs base contracted monthly 2, 250 rs ecs with just dial service, they took 9, 250 rs for advance payment for last three month of the yearly service and. After that i got leads out of area just like palghar, nalasopara etc. I complaining but no result and then after one year whenever i told them to stop service their representative convince me 2-3 hour to continue their service everytime. After that i replay not to continue they told me to mail them 3 month in advance to stop the service. So i do. Then also they don't stop service and continue claim ecs to my bank.

          I take a 3 months contact from justdial. The marketing person (Tajinder singh) told me that i get a certificate, a website and one android application but after 30 minutes of taking advance payment cheque he called me and said that i will not get anything with the contract. So that i stopped my advanced cheque but after 10 days i got a ecs deduction msg from my bank. I am not getting any leads so why they deduct money??? When i call their customer service they are not believing and neither providing my money back. I have all the proofs in my chat with mr. Tajinder singh.

            Hi,

            Just dial said it is three months trial period i am signing up to and did not inform about continuing my contract after this trial period. Now, they are deducting subscription fees from my bank account every month. Customer care is pathetic and not resolving my issue. They do not transfer my call to the retaining/ cancellation team nor anyone is calling me back.

            I want to end my relationship with just dial and stop this harrassment from them. If possible i would like to get a refund too.

              Even after request of stop ECS these people keep stealing your money from your bank account .. on the time of registration I was told my contract will be of 3 months and my money is stolen for 5 months... Pathetic thieves ... I hope you get non stop diarrhea from my hard earned money you ate

                  I have taken the service of just dial on 09/july/2015 for the promotion of my dance institute "street dance studio". But due to unknown transactions even after ecs submission i have asked customer care to stop this service as soon as possible. Then it was like ok we had registered your complaint and the service will stop within 2 or 3 working days.
                  Everything was ok after that. I had transactions from my bank account and it was all good
                  Now after 2 years and 3 months i had got my 1st salary of 10, 000/- and this full amount was vanished from my account. While checking the statement have came through ecs had been cutted out. Full 10, 000/- amount in 25-28 transactions of rs 400/-, 200/-, 100 etc.
                  On my visit to icici bank they had asked me that it was ecs from just dial. N when to my visit to just dial they says that it was icici bank.
                  Also while checking my detail in there database the signature on the agreement wasn't of mine, as i wasn't given or shown any kind of agreement. Second they were saying that your service was started in the year 2016 but i had record of date 9/july/2015
                  How could they hide full 1 year and also can do fraud signature and have fraud transactions in the name of ecs bounce
                  I dont know even after stopping the service how could they charge any amount
                  And also if there was any kind of bounce atlest i cud have got some msg or call or notice anything for this thing na
                  I need my amount back as soon as possible because i know it was taken away illegally
                  If you guys cant return it back then i should taken a legal action against you
                  Evryone knows your fraudness and cheapness

                    We sun corporation hyderabad has utilized just dial services in year of 2014 and signed the contract for one year and signed an contract and given ecs mandate to our surprise now from 6 months they are calming rs200 to rs2000 from our account

                    This is clear cheating and they are liable to refund the amount immediately

                      I would like to inform you that i have used just dial pay (Using web link) on 11.10.2017 at 23:12 for 3 transaction of rs.5000 each (Total - rs.15000) to cloud academy bangalore.

                      Although money was debited from my account (Using sbi debit card ending 1797 and the same was confirmed by sbi), cloud academy have confirmed that they have not received payment but sbi has confirmed that payment has been made...

                        I am rohan nagare from "arch interiors", pune we have registered ourselves on justdial portal through some mr. Mehul ([protected]). At the time of finalization of the deal, he told us that you have to pay 3 months advance to start the service amounting 10620/- and this amount will be utilized for the 3 months service. But after our account has activated immediately the amount has been deducted from our account. We tried to contact mr. Mehul but he is not even answering our calls from last 2 months. Which is very unprofessional.
                        The guy from your marketing department was claiming about 3 inquiries/day. But we cant even 1 certified inquiry/day. Sorry to say but this kind of service we were not expected from just dial & we are not happy at all till date.

                          This is manju & working as a dietician. My clinic is situated in kandivali west.
                          I was promised by just dial (Aarti) to take 3months plan to promote by business on justdial & i will get great response. I have paid around rs. 10000 for three months.
                          But i have not got a single lead which got converted into customer. All were bogus leads & not looking for dietician.

                          Hence, i would request justdial to refund my money as i have not got a single client through justdial.

                          I would request authorities to take action against justdial for misguiding people & false promises.

                            I have unsubscribe the just dial services despite it being they are charging the money from my account. This is not acceptable. We have used justdial services for more than 6 months. But we did not get even a single business profit through them. So we had unsubscribe their services despite it being they have charged the money. The amount is 3453 and this is the transaction detail. Ecsidr-tp ach just dialad-kmb[protected]. Pleasetake some legal action against them and help us to refund my money

                              Marketing executive of just dial (Kolkata) mr subhajit dey can make you any type of fake commitment to fulfill his target and will completely brainwash you with different types of fake offers and make you start the contract with justdial.
                              This incident happened with me
                              Company name: autonetics
                              T first, we were suffering a lot with leads from just dial, because we came to know that before the contract your marketing executive mr subhajit dey have given us fake commitment that regularly basis we are going to receive at least one lead,
                              And since we are not receiving that we tried to communicate with him but he never even bothered to talk with us.
                              Not only that on 6 march while signing the contract of supreme package with him in my office he said that just dial is giving a offer of rs 800 for 2 month for live banner and after that no ecs will hit my account for banner but recently an ecs of rs 2300 & 1150 hit my account
                              Even he said me that for supreme package there will be no ecs for next two months, again it was a fake commitment

                              After all this he asked me to pay rs 2000 for a contract that was not started due to insufficient amount in my account. I paid him this amount at the last week of march 2017 till yesterday i didn't get any respond from him. As soon as i launched a complain against him he called me and said me has started the contract with a name of different organisation putting my phone number with that.
                              Since that i am calling that guy on regular basis but he is showing an arrogant attitude to me and from last two months he is not responding to my calls. I am really very much surprised how can a marketing representative of a reputed company can behave like this with his client.
                              I hope just dial will give a look on it and take some step on this matter as soon as possible. I will request just dial to send this guy to my office as soon as possible to solve out this misunderstanding. I have full prove what type of fake commitment he has made to his client on the name of justdial. I think in this reputation of the company will be hampered.

                              I am suffering a lot with this guy, kindly arrange a meeting in my office as soon as possible since i cant discuss all the problems over phone or over mail

                                1. 15 Sept2017 i started Just dial fixed area contract 3000+GST given advance 2 month total 7100
                                2. There was no feedback in this so i requested to change to supreme package delhi ncr on 27sept2017. I paid online by debit card payment of 3540 that means third month advance. they converted to supreme package
                                3. Now they deducted ECS of 3540 on 30 september 2017
                                4. Now total 4 month advance given
                                5. Now i got message today that on 10 sept 2017 your next ecs will be deducted.

                                That means in 20 days of time 5 month advance taken by just dial. Even i told so many times to skip this ecs they ignored. If had to give this much ecs why should i not given yearly advance.

                                Anyway KINDLY REMOVE MY CONTRACT. I am telling in 3 month advance. You have already taken that amount. Give me reply in mail in written and give assurance for this closure.

                                KINDLY ASK JUST DIAL. if they taken 2nd and 3rd ECS on 27 and 30 september why they taking again in 10 days another ECS????

                                Anyway we are not interested in their explaination. we simply want to close this contract and telling 3 month before. Just dial already taken 4 month advance. Stop ECS of 10 oct2017 and given me in written that they stopped contract.

                                  I want to discontinue services from justdial

                                  It has completed 7 months with justdial and i am not getting any help in my business bu advertising with them so i called up justdial customer care to stop my services with justdial as i am not in my financial conditions to pay justdial services. I already have a deposit amount with them. But still they are asking me to continue for full 12 months.....

                                  I have taken monthly plan as directed by just dial executive, now they are saying its yearly plan and they taking money from my bank account, i asked the executive he just dial service can be stopped after 2 months so i paid 5000 rupees and he asked me to provide cancelled cheque so i had given one cheque, now they are deducting twice. I'm requesting them to remove listing, they are ignoring the request.

                                    Sub: (Giving reference to wrong and cheating peoples, who made us in mental torture since last two days)

                                    We have took self-driving rental car from the person amir-, thing is we need on 30th morning 4am but, amir (Car owner) has told that you can take by 29th night 11pm itself there is no issue for 5 hours difference so, that we have taken on 29th night 11pm, on 2rd night by 11pm we made a call to amir and asked where we have to drop the car, he has told that you can bring by tomorrow morning itself no issues about that but, when we dropped on 3rd morning he asking 2100 rupees excess as a extra one day charge and at-last we have given 1000 rupees excess.

                                    Note: per day rent amount is 2100//before we taken car, we have to submitted our id proof and one bike with rc to that person. (Amir)

                                    We have paid 1000 rupees excess and asked our id proof and our bike, he said that i will take your vehicle within 1hour to necklace road so that, we came to our place. Since 3rd morning onward to 4th evening we are continuously calling to him but, he is saying that will bring, will bring and atlast we asked to come near kharithabad near big ganesh temple
                                    Even there he was not available and he has parked our vehicle in one of his friend house. After a long discussion with his friend we took our vehicle back with full of mental torture and two days money loss due to vehicle is not available.

                                    Why for such a wrong and irresponsible people are getting reference from just dial?

                                    Conclusion,
                                    We are feeling disgusting to use just dial from today onwards and we need refund of my complete investment which i given for this rent (Which is 7300) and remove that person from the just dial and just dial should be improve as well.
