Just dial is fake and no worth of even a single penny. Marketing executive make big promises, but their actual truth is different. We have experienced this and hence putting this complaint against just Dial. Just dial promised for 4-5 leads in each plan and we bought 2 plans (8-10 leads) just becoming trap of their executives. With 15-20 days of observation, we didn't received any valuable leads. Just 8-9 fake leads which never picked our phone. They are sort of false leads created by JD team themselves. Our valuable 18000 rupees is lost as they take 3 month advance. Not to disconnect plan, they are asking for 3 months more money. With this plan, they will force you to pay even if you don't want to. JustDial.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 30, 2024 Updated by gauravkg2 They have taken 3 month advance payment which is 18000 rupees and now after 15 days of their service, we are asking for refund as they are unable to cater our needs, they are not willing to refund and saying its against policy. But their marketing executive never shared any such policy before enrollment. Dec 07, 2024 Updated by gauravkg2 They are very clever to Trap you by Taking 3 month advance in which they consider 2 Month as Security. When you try to stop their services, they will keep your 2 month hard earned money without giving you any service for 2 months. I would urge all to stop getting into trap of Just Dial.
