I had subscribed to Just Dial's National Listing Service and JD Verified Service for my firm JASK & ASSOCIATES based on multiple assurances from their sales team. I made the following payments:

First Month ECS Payment: ₹3, 540 (Invoice No: TN0225SE87887706, Dated:[protected]
JD Verified Service: ₹3, 539 (Invoice No: TN0225SN82530036, Dated:[protected]
Issues Faced:
False Promises & Lack of Service: Despite multiple follow-ups, the services have been completely unsatisfactory, and I received no real benefits.
Unethical Sales Practices: The Relationship Manager was highly persistent before payment but became completely unresponsive afterward.
ECS Cancellation & Refund Refusal: After experiencing poor service, I requested cancellation. Just Dial has confirmed ECS termination but refused to refund the amount paid, despite their failure to deliver as promised.
Relief Sought:
Immediate refund of the amount paid, as the service was not as promised.
Action against Just Dial for misleading sales tactics, deficient service, and unfair trade practices.
Assurance that no future ECS deductions will be made.
