Hello, I'd like to clarify that I prefer not to engage in prolonged arguments with Mr. Ashok and Mehar Fastners as I've chosen to move forward. Instead, I will focus on addressing the matter at hand. In their recent communication, Mehar Fastners raised the same issue that we've encountered. According to their proforma invoice, they initially committed to dispatching the product within 3-4 days upon receiving a 40% advance payment. Payments were made accordingly, and they later requested the remaining 60% with a promise of immediate shipment.A lot of people have faced this issue with them. However, the 20-day delay proved to be impractical for us. Given our role as a platform serving other customers, we regrettably had to cancel the order due to our customer's cancellation. I'm not inclined to delve into discussions about what was shipped or why Mehar Fastners is unable to provide a shipment record for their previous delivery to Hyderabad.

we would like to inform everyone that this person is a pycho his mental condition is not good his name is SUHRUTH REDDY, as when he places the order we have taken 15-20 days from him, but at 12thday he told us to cancell the order, as material was ready we refused to cancell and we have despatched the material from perfect parcel service, but he hasn't take the material from the transport from the hyderabad office after 2 months the material has returned from the transport from them he hasn't comment anything bad TILL the july month, but in july month he starts misbehaving with me blackmailing me that if you dont give me the money by doubling it back then i will post bad comments on our just dial account and on refusing by our side he has do so and posts approximately 200 bad rivews on our just dial profile page and after that just dial plays a very perfect role in between and he has done the justice, justdial told us to again despatch the material on 20/07/2023 and we have done so. and on 20/07/2023 i.e. 8 days before this complaint, we have despatch the material again by perfect parcel service while that pyscho has written this complaint, after despatching we have submitted to justdial, but again he hasn't again taking the material from the transporter and rest the thing of half payment and all the issues regarding the payment i am attaching the copy of purchase order and invoices and the lr copies of transporter. in there puchase order it is clearly mentioned that the payment will be 100% advance,
to sumup i am clearly telling that he is a psycho do not deal with him in any manner .I HAVE ALREADY PROCEEDED THROUGH COURT REGARDING DEFAMATION
supporting documents are attached herewith i.e. PURCHASE ORDER, BILLS, LR COPIES, LEGAL NOTICE, AFTER CHECKING YOU CAN JUDGE WHAT ARE HIS INTENTIONS THAT INSPITE OF DESPATCHING THE MATERIAL HE IS AGAIN AND AGAIN POSTING BAD REVIEWS, YOU CAN CLEARLY CHECK OUR JUSTDIAL PROFILE, AFTER THE JUSTDIAL PEOPLE HAS CHECKED ALL THE BAD RIVEWS, AND BY LISTENING OUR SIDE THEY HAD REMOVE HIS COMMENTS.
