Dear sir/madam,
I, Ankit Modi, partner of a small gemstone shop in kolkata would like to bring into your kind attention that I have been cheated and missold the premium service of just dial by Nitesh who is a marking person.
He came to my shop along with his coworker and told me to opt for the service called premium service of just dial with a price of 5548 INR per month. I didn't want to buy the 1 year plan as I didn't know the service level and I didn't know how beneficial it is for my small shop to spend so much every month in online advertising.
He and his coworker miscommunicated me the details of the plan stating that I only need to pay 2 months advance installment of 11097 during the start of the plan. And later you need to pay first ECS to start our services. Once the service is started then later if you don't want to continue then you can discontinue the payment. So this way minimum of 3 months payment you will have to pay and then you can stop the service. As you are paying 2 months advance as Down payment and 1 month ECS payment during the start of the service. So once you stop your ECS after first month then you will still get 2 months service. Although it's a 12 month contact but you don't have to continue after 1st month if you are not happy with our service.
This way he took a payment of 11097 to start the service and then charged additional 2 month's amount of 5548 twice from my account. When I called Nitesh today then he completely denied the statement about discontinuation of the service after first month.
I am not finding the service of just dial useful as in last 30 days they provided me leads of people who are not even interested in buying anykind of gemstones or jewellery. And since he said earlier the if i am not convinced then I can stop the ECS payment anytime and still I will get the service for which I have already made the payment. So I contacted just dial and also I contacted Nitesh. Both of them told me that if you stop your ECS payment now then your payment which you made for 3 months as down payment will be forfeited by just dial.
I am in a very big shock hearing this. As my business is running very low due to vivid situation and on top of that my marketing budget is not allowing me to spend so much in coming months. Also I don't feel that its worth spending even 10 INR in just dial premium services as all of their leads are useless for my business.
Sir/Madam I just need your help in giving me justice by either providing me the service of 3 months which they have charged me earlier and is due from them and stop my ECS charging from now on. Or just give me my 3 months money back which they fraudulently took from me by miselling the service of just dial by saying that I can cancel it anytime after 1 month and I will get complete service for the months I have already paid in the form of down payment & ECS activation.
