Dear sir, I refer to our telecom with ms arti. Despite my request, mr. Kaviraj, who is our relationship manager, he has not contacted me. Ms. Arti was very disrespectful while dealing with me. First of all, we are very disappointed with your services. Despite taking an expensive package of inr 42, 000/-, we have received very few queries from justdial and even lesser queries during lockdown period. It is sad that our package started from 7th march 2020 and lockdown was announced on 25 march 2020 and you have only just now informed me that customer has option of freezing the package in lockdown. Kindly freeze our package till we ourselves ask you to defreeze our package else you will inform us promptly till when this option of freezing can continue. Also, as you did no inform us of this option of freeze of package, the period from 25 march 2020 (Date when government of india announced lockdown) should be considered as freeze period for our package and accordingly our package period ought to be extended automatically. In case you have any issue, call us. Also, let us know justdial complaint number and email id as we want to escalate poor services provided by you to higher authorities in justdial.
