JustDial.com — Misleading Service sold and payment taken

Hi,

I purchased this annual service plan from Justdial on 30th March 2025 for 23010, where they told me in this plan i will get a website designed as per pdf shared on WhatsApp when i asked what all i will get in this plan. Now they are denying it and nobody is even responding in written after doing several complains. They mislead and sold the plan.

Even after writing them they dont respond in writing, they are this fraud.

Please raise a complaint against them and process my money back.
