On 29th June I reached out to my KAM (Meenu) for cancellation of our services as we do not want to continue, to which I was assured, she has raised it further. on multiple followups, when we got no update from them, I dropped an email to their client support on 3rd July, again as expected no response till now. The KAM Team Leader assured me that the request is in wip and they are working on it, As per their process I was supposed to receive a callback within 24 hours, after which both these people disappeared, ignoring my text. After a week we got a callback from their team, which informed us of a pathetic process to disable the services from their website (after chasing them for 10 days) and that after that we would receive fake customer call which we need to reject saying we cancelled however, to our expectations, as per their pathetic service, we got multiple calls within 2 days but till now its been 6 days but no cancellation confirmation received.
On 17th July today after being ignored and treated so badly as customers, I dropped a msg to the TL BHUVAN, who has told me that he is not a customer care executive, so he can have a attitude towards us and ask us to leave if we wish to.
I need an apology from both these people, a cancellation confirmation from Just dial and to make sure that no further payments are deducted.
