JustDial.com — Refund Contract amount

I want to register a complaint against JUST DIAL. JUST DIAL sales person sold me a package giving me half information.
1. I asked for a 3 month package. He told me that he will stop it after 3 months. For this he charged me around 10000 rupees. 2 months advance and one month ECS.
Logically if I am buying a package for 3 months, I should be charged only for 3 months.
2. Regardless of paying 2 months advance and 1 month ECS, every month my ecs of 3540 is getting deducted. So by the end of 3 months I would have paid more than 20000 for a period of 3 months. As per customer care, that advance amount is adjusted only if I continue the services for 10 months which I do not want.
On top of that, the sales person now says "do what you can" after selling the package.
All their leads are fake and just dial people only. I was shocked when I called one of the leads and he said he is from just dial for which I have all the chat proofs as well.
Had I bought the package myself from their website, I could understand my mistake ..but I called up their customer care which further connected me to their sales team. They are just befooling people and nothing else.
Please help in getting the refund of entire amount around Rs 14158.
Also I have written multiple mails to them to stop my ecs.. they say that their ecs team will call in 48 hrs which I never get. I still chasing them like anything.

They are looting hard earned money of people
