Dear JustDial Support Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely unsatisfactory experience we have had with your lead generation services after listing our business on JustDial over a month ago.

Since the activation of the service, we have not received a single relevant lead for our company. Almost every lead transferred by JustDial has been irrelevant — most of them were either individuals looking for internships or jobs, or in some cases, users claimed they never applied or even interacted with our listing. This not only wastes our time but also significantly impacts our operations.

I attempted to raise this issue multiple times through your customer care. Unfortunately, the experience was equally disappointing. Many calls were abruptly disconnected or redirected without connecting me to the appropriate team. After several attempts, I was eventually told that nothing could be done about the issue, and when I asked for a refund, I was told flatly that no refund would be issued.

We were previously generating quality leads using Meta Ads, and we shifted to JustDial in hopes of achieving similar results. However, our expectations were completely unmet, and the overall service has been unsatisfactory.

Request for Resolution:
I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid, as the service failed to deliver the promised or expected outcomes. I have also attached supporting documents and screenshots showing the type of leads we have been receiving.

Please process this complaint at the earliest and confirm the status of the refund process. We sincerely hope JustDial values its customers and will take prompt action.
