JustDial.com — Washing machine repair service

On 29/06/20, i called just dial to inquire about washing machine repairing service provider. I called "just cooling repair and service" which had a decent rating on just dial, assuming my problem would be solved. The repairing team of 2 people came and did the work and raised a bill of ₹2, 400/- with 6 months warranty. But only after 10 days the machine was still showing the same issues as it was showing before repairing. We tried calling that service provider again and again, but he didn't bother to send any of his workers to address the issue (Even within the warranty period). Finally after so many days of trying, i decided to visit the service provider's official address on 08/08/20 in green park in delhi, but all in vain. I couldn't find the address mentioned on the bill and visiting card provided by the service provider on 29/06/20. I inquired about the address from the local people there and what i found that there was no such address in green park. I tried calling the service provider's number through someone else's phone and that person end up giving excuses, like we shifted to rohini, etc. What i finally concluded at the end that the person was a fraud, who was claiming himself to be a "verified service provider from just dial" on his visiting card and his bill. Also just dial is at a fault here because i have called thrice on just dial customer care number to report this issue, so that they can also take a strict action against such fraudsters who are not only defrauding & looting customers, but they are also degrading the reputation of well recognised company just dial. Even after requesting 3-4 times to just dial customer care representative to take strict action against these fraudsters, nothing has been resolved yet by them as they promised me that just dial's complaint centre person will contact us. It's been more than 3-4 days we have not received any call from their complaint centre team.
