On repeated follow-up by your executives and/or marketing team and on assurance i availed your services to provide client by way of leads but despite my repeated follow-up my grievances of not getting any leads is not resolved by your team for one pretext and another.
You are requested either to redress my grievance or refund the payment of rs.13, 000/- (Rupees thirteen thousand only) collected by me forthwith.

Contract no. N3x6 for olanza.

On 27.09.2017, mr. Arun sarathy (Mob no.[protected]) from just dial company offered us a deal of rs.14160/- for 3 months for our mini-hall (Which is in nungambakkam). It was clearly agreed that (Since we do not have any branches out of nungambakkam) the area covered will be nungambakkam and within few kms radius only. Since the amount was within my budget, i opted for this trial pack of 3 months and hoping to renew for one year if found good.

I have made the payment on 28.09.2017.

We started to get enquiries, but they were all for areas much far from us. On about 05.10.2017 when i called up the customer care on [protected], i was shocked to know that 144 pincode locations are added in my package. I immediately lodged my complaint with them requesting to give me the package that was agreed (Nungambakkam and close-by) and not 144 pincodes.

Thereafter, ms. Tamil arasi from just dial accepted that there has been a mis-representation from their side, and finally on 16.10.2017 she confirmed that the area will be restricted to nungambakkam at the same cost (50, 000 per anum). But she asks me to pay additional rs.5000/-

I fail to understand why i should pay 5000/- for mistake from their side.
I wrote to them an email dated 16.10.2017 and again a reminder email on 25.10.2017 requesting to activate my package which was agreed upon, for 3 months, from the time that they make a correction in the geographical area.
Otherwise to refund the entire money without any further delay.

Their salesman mr. Arun sarathy who sold the package to me does not answer to my phone calls.

Sir, we are ragistered user named as kapil sir english speaking classes, gwalior, sir since yesterday night somebody is sending wrong comment & try to malign my image. Last night i got a verification message code but i did not brouse justdial sight. This proof somebody is willingly trying to malign my image. So plz issue order to take immediate necessary action against them & delete wrong comment, kapil vijaywargiya, director.

We wanted a maid so we searched on just dial n we got number of aditi placement service centre bhadarpur these people provide online maid service so we contacted them n they said they will provide us with a maid n we gave them money 40, 000 they sent a maid but that maid ran away the next morning n again we contacted as r money was with them they said they will send another maid but these people did not send any maid n nor did they give us our money back.. We tried calling them their mobile was switched off n we contacted just dial these people also did not take any action n they removed aditi placement service centre bhadarpur no from their site.. Such a bad service n just dial how do u people keep such fake service centres number.. We took number from ur site n it's ur responsibility to help us.. Fake company..

Our firm is registered with just dial via name of go glamour with contact no [protected], at the time of taking paid membership with monthly ecs, just dial sales executive never told us that we need to serve any notice period, and now when i did mail and call to them for stooping contract, they are asking to serve 3 month notice period, clearly just dial is giving misleading information at the time of going with just dial for paid membership.

I request you to kindly stop the contract on immediate basis without delay.

We are closing our business so no sense of serving any notice period.

This is the service just dial is giving, not responding on any of mails or calls.

As per telephonic conversation with you and just dial team, i would like to inform team to stop lead services for my car portal @.com. I had a word with your company call center. They have not been processing the same while i wished the same to be stopped in previous month only.

Another thing i just checked my account statement where i have seen that i have already been billed 10623=3541×3. And services started from16 september 17.

I saw one ecs in oct and 2 ecs in september. This is unacceptable where i haven't crossed even october 17 and already billed for 3rd month. This amount should be refunded to me or i will be forced to take actions on the same.

I'm mohamed i was cheated by justdial.
I do small pesticide business in chennai and approached justdial they asked me rs 37500. I said ok and paid them through cheque. Within a weak a person (Dinesh) called me and told that there is a slot opening for your business related keyword and he said you will get 100% leads and he asked me to pay additional 15000rs. I asked him which keyword that your offering he promised me its related to you business only. So i trusted him and gave 5000 rs.in two days i came to know that its not related my business its totally fake the money which i payed is related to car service industry. I called jujstdial (Dinesh) he no its not possible he refused. So i did a test call to justdial and it was proved that its not related to my business i forwarded to his manager (Ms jayashanthi). Meanwhile during this the fraud marketing person (Dinesh) asked money for anther contract and paid 70000 cash. Because of this issue (Wrong keyword) i dintn't get any business
I visited justdial office (Chennai) in person and reported all the problems. The marketing person (Dinesh) started threatening me that he will freez my contract until my ac balance go to zero

Today i wanted to book train tickets for reservations for my next trip through just dial, but, after some usual steps it debited rs. 1190 and rs.1618 respectively from my bank accounts for the journey and back, later informing that bookings had failed. If an action is not successful due to whatever reasons, how can one do that beforehand? I'm utterly disappointed. I would request the just dial team to refund my money so early as possible.

Hi i have been registered with my company sigma infotech davangere.
One of your executive mr srimanth came to me and explained about plans so i have choosen gold membership plan for rs 15000/- i have issued 2 cheques of rs 7500, they present both the cheque with different date and money got deducted that i have proof with my passbook. But justdial persons says they have collected only 1 cheque payment and another one got bounced.. And they promise me to give service for 1 year but.. They run only for 6 months and now my service is totally sgut down.. Plz help me n solve my problem asap..

With due respect i want to state that i have been cheated by your employe nirav rami and lalit gupta (Working at ahmedabad just dial). When this guys came with me for contract sign up they had committed to provide first position listing in all pin codes of gandhinagar for all the key words related to dental (Dentistry). After two months when i checked my contract on just dial it was not shown as per commitment. When i told them matter they said it is as per our agreement only. I told them to show me copy of agreement, they refuse. I have to approach higher authority because at local level means ahmedabad branch nobody is doing their jobs sincerely to solve customer problems, i had email them so many times also. For evidence purpose i have all the data of verbal communication at just dial customer service center at ahmedabad and written matter on what’s up communication. Even after paying 22400/- i have not received appropriate service from just dial company which was told me at the time of agreement. I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible. Please don’t provoke me to publish this on all social media and legal action.

We have a contract with justdial.com in name of citis consulting services. I have time and again requested the concerned executive mr. Mehul padhye (Pune) to terminate the contract as the leads are irrelevant for me. Inspite of repeated follow up he has not acted on it. I had then called the call center number and also got a call back from an executive on 12th oct to whom i had informed very clearly to terminate the contract and stop the ecs. The executive has done a false reporting and has mentioned that i have agreed to continue the ecs. This is a very unfair trade practice. Please ensure that the contract is terminated with immediate effect and the ecs is stopped. If a ecs further hits our bank account we will have to take legal advise.

I registered my business on just dial in october 2017. As per the executive that visited me (Named znanesh) i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 10, 350/-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account.

A deduction of 3, 450/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 10, 350/- that i am paying just dial and if i want then i can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

Please help me to come out from the situation

We were trying to register in just dail 2023 oct 2017 at 6.40pm. We got a call from a random number [protected] (Amjat khan) he was giving a threat to us. "i will see how u get register in just dail" with bad words with our senior.

Is this type of of people and service you are going to provide to your consumer who are giving you business? Dint like your employees attitude. Teach them how to talk with people.

Actually month of august i planned to do roofing work on my house and always search people via just dial because which is the only app i using almost 8 years is just dial due to user friendly and trust which i have on just dial and so many company approached for roofing work but sun associates given me the less quotation and their activities were very fast that time they kept on calling me and finalized the project.

1. Aug26 sun associates sent me a quotation for 77, 000 and finalized the project and i clearly said, work has to be complete with in a week else withdraw this project but they assured me that time by completing the work with in three days and same day i given 30000 advance for them to get the materials.
2. Aug27 sun associates completed the fabrication very fast and they said tomorrow or day after we start because we have order the roof sheets which will take one day time then i said okay and given 17000 on that day.
3. Aug30 two people came with paint and they have done paint work for fabrication and they asked me 20000 rupees where i got doubt and i told them call owner and mr. Lavanya said sir we require money due to shortage of money to get roof sheets because we have to complete the work by tomorrow and i will get sheet delivered by tomorrow.
Sep10 two people came and they try to steal machines which they kept it on my house but we caught them and fired by that time i tried almost 100 times to reach lavanya and raju natrayan who is managing sun associates but no response at all.
I waited till sep23 almost one month and i given to another vendor nearby my house and completed the work which i paid extra 60000 to complete the work. I tried to reach sun associate by just dial address but its all fake.in that actual address there was a waste land and no residence at all. I spent almost 127000 for this small work and i wasted my energy and time. Even more i lost my trust on just dial. Please arrange for me some compensation where i can satisfied and please block him and fire that sun associate guys and they are playing smart in their industry. Just dial rating all done by them and their colleagues. All fake ratings and once i messaged them like i going to complaint in just dial they ask me like what setting we can do?.

Kindly take proper action against them and i will wait for a week then i will make legal complain against just dial for accepting fake company address and non-registered companies as a customer for money.

Just dial has enrolled my number for body massage services whereas i am not related anyway to that people are calling for massage services claiming the number received from justdial. Being a woman its very embarrassing to receive such calls. Even after repeated requests and complaints just dial never bothered to remove number or name. Some people are even using abusive language. I clearly mentioned justdial customer care that i am a pharmacist...

I signed the justdial ecs contract in april 2017. I planed to shutdown my business, so that i'm cancelling my ecs contract. I called the justdial accounts department for ecs cancellation. I call them nearly 10 times in 1 month they told discusses with higher official and reply in two days. They told different reasons all the time. They didn't take any action my call and email.in the time of contract sign they told you can cancel your agreement any time. But now they didn't response me properly

I have signed a contract with just dial pvt. Ltd. For providign leads related to my business. I was assured a minimum of 1 lead/day which could go upto 2-3 leads/day. Its been more than three month since i have made their payment but till date have received no leads in total i. E.in the! St week after signing the contract. I have contacted them repeatedly but there is just no response at their end. And other is my all service did't include keywords. They are tell me "u can include all serves you can 12000/- again pay. On the other hand they have told me to pay more money so that i can upgrade to a higher value contract after which they think i might be able to get leads. I would like to know what action i can take against them since they are debiting money directly through ecs from my account.

I have been cheated by just dial and i feel its been one of the worst companies that i have ever dealt with till date.

I was looking for broadband connection on just dial, i got a call from
Someone claiming to be reliance sales agent.

The guy came and took my document along with 3month advance rs 3300/-, that was on 15th oct 2017 and
I haven't heard from him or reliance ever since.

His cell is either switched off or he has blocked me.

I am going to call cops on this guy but also advise all to be careful about this type of fraud.

We, foundation for kirshna kala education society, a temple of dance & music are absolutely dissatisfied with just dial services. We have renewed a one year contract[protected] for providing us leads every day related to kathak dance, under category dance, classical dance kathak.
We got leads stating that he wishes to have address of bollywood/salsa/hiphop, most of the leads are not related to my business.

Also at the time of renewing contract mr. Ashlesh yadav executive - business development, mob: [protected] assured us that we will surely get a good service from justdial. And we also advised him and noted him to insert keyword - kathak dance / kathak in justdial keyword database, which he confidently assured that this will be done easily. Which is also due.

Actually we were not in the plan of continuing with justdial for any further business before renewing the contract. But mr. Ashlesh assured us this time he is with us and he will take care that proper leads shall reach us and do the necessary changes. But its seems nobody bothers to take care of our business with justdial. But after three 6 months of signing the contract and clearing of cheque bearing an amount of 12, 000/- we never get his call and no such changes were made in the website of justdial. And we lost our money by investing in justdial listing.

Also we would like to state that the website of justdial is not so much ergonomic and very irritation when we try to update or make some changes in our business listing on justdial. Ex - when we try to login to our portal for listing editings/ updation we are redirected to upload photo which is not the proper redirection. We too have it professionals and they have too reviewed your website listings.

We wish to have our amount refund for the last two years, and we shall be going to inform about our grievance to just dial higher authorities.

Next time don't call us to renew our business as we were definitely not going to do business with justdial as we have faced several issues with justdial for the last two years and still not getting the proper leads.

I hope you understand my concern and help me in the same.
