Our organisation got cheated by the sales executive "Piyush Mahajan' of your comapny making false promising of creating a national listing, when our contract started, the ad was not displayed in the manner that was promised and the sales person refused to offer any solution or pick up our calls and told us to file whatever sort of complain against him. We tried the customer care of justdial who are also of no help, just transferring our calls to n number of people without any solution and on asking for contact details of the management, refusing to disclose them as well. this is a really horrible experience with them and we want it resolved as soon as possible.

I have been calling to customer care since last 2-3 months for deactivation of ECS of our just dial services, but no one is taking responsibility and deactivating the service. Our ESC date is 8th of every month and as per last communication done in jan 2017, your just dial person had told us to call in month of feb-2017 for reminder. I want my whole amount refunded if this time tomorrow Just dial deduct money from my account.

We have been keep calling to customer care every single day and what im getting in return is false commitments.

Today im writing this email, hoping that this time someone will take my complaint seriously and do the needful.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE OF JUST DIAL WHO CLAIM TO BE NUMBER ONE SEARCH ENGINE... SADLY UNEXPECTED.

I ordered food online on 26th January, 2017 to green leaf restaurant in Saravanaampatti, Coimbatore for the amount of 730rs. I paid the same by online payment using my debit card. Then I received a call from customer care saying that the merchant cannot accept card payment and the amount I paid will be reimbursed in 3 working days but still it is not paid back to my account. I request you to do the needful to reimburse the money into my account. My order id:1483861.

I spoke with one of agent requested him to do not call on number for request which i have made for my personal number and not the one which i am calling from.

Agent told me that he can block request that i have made and he ask me to provide number ...i requested him to be on hold to get new number so i can provide further he put call on mute when i am about to provide him number ...

New agent talks whatever they like beyond boundaries to company services that is really Sham guys please dont over promise and give less ever ..

Getting Used Enquiries i.e Lead
Fake Leads I.e. person who is not Interested In Insurance

Feeling like I have wasted my Money by Investing In Just Dial, Don't Register your Business.

How can They provide same leads to others ?. In that Scenario customer also get irritated by receiving so many calls.so you ended getting nothing instead wastes your time on doing Follow up of Leads.

There is No option for Zero Star Other wise i would have used it.

We are not getting a genuine customers from just dial.some are good..but most of the queries are irrelevent.We planned for other states Promotion through just dial.but now we changed our mind.

They are giving leads of customers without phone number or hiden phone number.then how can we contact them and make a business.Worst service they are giving.

I would like to drag your kind attention towards misbehave and false promises made by the company executive and so rudely and unresponsibly they took my contract as i had signed the contract on 31.12.2016 under the condition to activate it within a week. But no communicate was mede from the behalf of company and also when i called regarding my activation of account on 23.01.2017. The executives promise me to inform me about the update at the earliest. But no communicate was made. So i n contacted on 30.01.2017 then i was informed that my payment which i had made through cheque and was debited from my account on 09.01.2017. I was told to send copy of bank statement. Then i arranged for it on the same day only. And now today the company executive told me about that your documents are pending so we couldn't process. And after i asked them for their unresponsible regaring not contacting me reg. Non processing then the executive rachna told in such a rude way that "aap kar lete call". Thats the behaviour of employee of such a reputed company. I do only want my money back as i am no further interested to deal with such a ####.

I am purchasing a just dial package to increase my business . when i purchase they said generate daily 5-6 leads but . i just got a single lead from just dial after 20 days i call just dial executive but they dint pick our call and just dial customer care not solved my problem. i call many time to just dial service center but every time they said we revived your compliant and shortly you revived call from our executive but not a single time the call back . i am frustrated from just dial plz help me i want my money back.

We are from RR ACCOUNTS we have discussed with justdial chennnai ofis reg Advt for annual banner they have explained and got 50% part payment and cheque collects for balance. But cheque was presented but more than 20 days gone no more status. I have tried 2 times same happens. They have collected payments only no more work starts and spoiling just dial names. Hi I'm from Alfa tech engineers jayanagar Bangalore. I paid 20000rs on 22december 2016. And they activated on 3rd January 2017 after long time. And today is 21st January till now I got almost 30 leads all r fake. As soon as I call to customers they tells it's already work is done by other vendors. May b just dial they r forwarding old clients. Just dial is a cheating company. I'm going to put a case against them. My name is ali [protected]

Even after sending so many messages I still haven't received any response from just dial or pinnacle tours. I also had conference call with both, but after that Fu still no follow up was taken. I am very much disappointed with just dial for referring us such a greedy travel agent.
He has charged us 57000/- cancellation charges. Even though we cancelled our tour well in advance. That too due to natural calamities we had to cancel. I have recorded his conversation where he has completely denied to give us the proof of 57000/ - cancellation charges. His wife told us she will send us the break up of 57000/- during the conference call with just dial. But she still hasn't send any email regarding the same. He also tried to threaten me when he came to know that I have given him low rating. What kind of business just dial is listing??????
Are all the businesses are this way? Then I think I should uninstall just dial.

I was cheated by one of the company registered by you when i inquired about driver supply agencies just dial executive informed if get the call from any of the agencies will it ok i informed that fine for me, one the supply agency called by we had the agreement and paid the agreement amount to him he failed to deliver the service to me as per given time line of him, i informed he to pay back my money he dint paid it.

I took the plan from Just Dial in which their executive told me that you have to pay 4600 for first two months and if you are satisfied then we will confirm from you and start charging rs 2000+15% tax i.e. 2300 but they started charging 2300 + 448 from my account I am completely dissatisfied from just dial now that I want to cancel the contract they are saying that the contract can not be cancelled before 9 months I want to cancel the contract now but forcibly they are charging my account what can I do as I just have last option left to close my bank account

It was my mothers birthday and I wanted to send some flowers and cake at my chittorgarh Residece. I search for a few website and found once in of just dial which says they deliver the flowers and cake to chittorgarh, I filled up the details and place an order (FNPP1T5R7). Post the payment was made I only got one acknowledgement that the order is placed, to ensure the order is delivered I called up customer care some executive called me back and Confirmed that order will be delivered, suddently after few hour I get another call and they say that area which I have selected is not a deliverable area. What the Hell!! How managed to send flowers and cake that day I can't even expedite here. I also requested the executive to send a mail confirming that the order cannot be delivered and refund the money, it's been 2-3 days but I didn't received any mail nor refund is confirmed

I did 3 contract (40000)but face a problem in jammu, ur executiv activate the cintract of jammu region to other kullu region.. i try to call him but always he did wrong comitments and event not pick up my calls from last 2months.. now he promis to tranfer but deduct 3000 from my acount without any resn. Even i face many problems in my himachal and chandigarh contract for listing. Totaly bad experience .

I am calling your call centre 2 months back, and told to discontinue the service which i subscribed under one of your scheme due to low quality leads,, even though i called n told to discontinue the service, still you are deducting amount from my account, this will be last warning to stop ecs, otherwise i will take legal action on ur company.

for stopping servies i talk to my account manager mr. Devanshu kapadia. He told me your account will auto stop if your ecs will be bounced continusly. After that he told me your servies has stoped.

As so i wanna stop my services i have tried to inactivate my servies there was already sowing inactived.

So i try to contact your help number to solve out thsi problem and just talk today to ms.Kiran parekh, you must check it out our communication recording record on your company systems.

As she told me you have to stop thorugh your own way and you will get massage of confirmation for stop services, but my account is already was inactive mode so who can i changed to inactive mode to inactive, is that was possible!

and without informing or confirming me your company has started my ecs. Is that your policy? i want my funds refunds as i have not used your services.

I request you please find that attachment which showing me inactive account, also my bank statment which i show that ecs(24) deducted and also as i talk to ms. Kiran parekh. You please must check it out our recording recorded by your system of today.
Please, i request you to help me out of this and give me best rewards. Hope you solve this query as soon possible.
