Dear Sir/Madam,
I Ashish Mahajan. C/o Maa tours and travels have purchased JD Omni from just Dial(Anoop Patel Sales executive).Its almost 2 year now and none of the services offered to me has been fulfilled.I hardly can see a template uploaded to domain maayatra.com.There were various commitments made by the agent who sold me the plan for the website creation.

Commitments made to me were as follows.

1.API
2.Bus booking service
3.Hotel Booking
4.Tour packages customized booking
5.Driver tracking
6.Online payments
7.Flight Booking
8.Account Management and various others.

I have tried contacting JD Omni multiple times form last couple of months and agent on the other side always says that I'll arrange a call back and the call never came.I also have sent various emails and the response never came.I couldn't expect such a behavior from just Dial.Let me know what needs to be done here or do I need to go to consumer court to get this resolved.

Its been a year since I bought JD Omni website package. They have too much of technical glitches in their website. There are too many concerns raised to the web support team out of which few are resolved after few weeks to months due to consistent follow ups and critical issues that are not yet resolved as well.

I'm facing issues in uploading the product that creates a hindrance in doing my business after investing so much, in such useless ecommerce website. Lots of time, money, energy & efforts are invested but JD Omni doesn't understand the pain of victims like me

My self Raza,

I opted justdial package of for Rs.3500 for my civil contract buisiness named Shabab Bano.
I am also facing issue with money deduction from justdial.
Evey month they looting me for 1775.
Now this month they deducted more than 3500.
Most important thing is even after looting more than 20000 I did not get 1 rupee business from just dial
Only getting fake contact detail every alternate day.
I never suggest for just dial, worst experience of my,
Request to stop my business with you and return my money at least for this month.

Justdial is not interest in customer satisfaction. All that they want is money. Their marketing team will chase you, irritate you and torture you. Once you pay you are flooded with too many bogus calls. Do not register in Justdial. I asked them to deregister free listing, they do not even do it.

Just dial has been deducting money even we are not taking their services. The institute with the name of prime education has been shut down three years back however and Just dial subscription was also. But now all of a sudden they stated deducting the money without any confirmation. And arent not replying the the complaints.
