Hello, myself Rohit Rathi from Rathi Overseas, solapur, we are using premium packages of just dial form last 4 to 5 years, just dial has recently launched a new product JDOMNI. this is one of the primium product of the company and priced at 75000/- for 5 years. we purchased this product around 10th march. the representative was insisting as the price were suppose to get doubled. the company were suppose to deliver the products in 45 days and we could start working on the same. but we are in mid of august and still the product has technical faults and we are unable to use it,

more over the company has sold same product at the price of 22800/- that is almost 1/3 of the price which we paid for it, to our competitors in the same month of march. they call it as it was offer for that time.

as being an loyal customer of the company and considering the reputation of the company, we are extremely disappointed with such type of company policy. we have conveyed this problem with many of there executives, but no one has proper answer, we have purchased this product because it had premium price and our competitors will not prefer it as the price and the concept was new. but they have distributed it at cheep price.

3.5 years back I took sim card in Banglore, later I came to know this no is used by some other guy who is owner of Apsara electronic shop . I started getting calls from bank for pending payment and customers, some customers complaint in just dial for wrong information on website. Later I got call from JUSTDIAL for verification I told to remove my number. 4-5 times I got same call, calling from JUSTDIAL to verification of number, but they didn't remove number.

Iam tushar dhawan owner of oscar health care services ph [protected] iam having running contract with you. I want to discuss my problem regarding with your team leader in just dial mrs seema pareek. Before this contract iam having 4th position contract with me mrs seems pareek called me and said sir you this fourth position contract is going to over please switch to other contract beofre my contract get over you will not even get this running contract with you. So i gave her 68000 rupees and 13800 rupees fir the running contract ok. Than yesterday she again called me and said that sir you have good new again. She said fourth postion is avable ok i aksed please book my postion she said ok sir i will book your position please send me the check i said ok please take the check i gave the check of rs 48000 to her marketing guy than she said this position is booked for you for 4 catergory i said ok. And she also gave me recipt regarding this. Sir wthever you giys are doing but in this way or other you guys making people fool so, iam going to send her notice regarding making false policy with customer

we are not getting any sms & emails since last 15 days
& we had tried from our concerned no. to just dail search
they had not giving our name & no. to the customers sms.
As i have paid a total of 5500/ - in last month on 22 may 2016
JD Correspondence afzal had offered a package of Rs 7000for 1 year
in which i have paid amount of Rs 3500 in cash and rest will have to paid by cheque but from 22 may to 13 Aug i got only 3 SMS in total and after that i got no sms so after 17 days we have enquired that why sms are not coming then it shows that only 1000 rs is left in our account i cant understand where the rest of amount is being gone and also its an yearly package. i was highly disappointed by just dial it seems that they are just looting us Pls find the solution & quicker as possible.

First of all i would like to say that this is the worst experience I ever had with any of the marketing company. A company likes your which is working at such large scale and having such worst customer support.


I would like to brief you about my incident. I got my firm Deepak Bansal & Co., Delhi listed on your justdial through your executive Mr. Bhushan (Mb: [protected]) on[protected] and i made the payment of Rs. 3/- on the same day on request of your executive. They promised a list of services to be added including the Service of Chartered Accountant and collected all the required document from us. And also promised to get the account activated by next day.

Now, after making the payment and giving all the documents i waited for the their response. But unfortunately did not receveid any response from your team for the next few days. Then i have to follow up and remind them again and again for activation of account.

Then finally they just activated the account with half of the services as promised and also not including the Prime service of Chartered Accountant.

When i got to knew of that i tried to follow up with your executive abut he was not available for few days. Then when finally i made contact with him after few days he promised to look into the matter and get all the things added as promised.
Then after frequent reminders and calls to him, he after some days said that he had told his manager Mr. Prashant (Mb: [protected]) and he now cant do anything as his manager is not responding.And guided me to talk to him directly.

Ok. Then I had to call Mr. Prashant and breif him about the case (of which he was already aware) and i told him to please look into the matter. He told me that he will look into the matter and will get back to me in a day. Then after waiting for few days and getting no response i had to remind him again and again and the response which i got everytime is that "I get back to you in 2 hours which never came till date. This is what happening for the last 1 months with your team, I am totally fed up with your team responses, that why i had write this mail to you today.

So, now could you please help me in this matter on URGENT BASIS. Please stop all my ECS from today i..e 27-Aug-2018 with immediate effect. And please take a strict action against your so called customer support executive and manager. And also please refund the amount that i have paid to Justdial as i dont want to take your services and discontinue the same with immediate effect.

If nothing happens similar to what is happening for the last one month then i am left with no option but to file a complaint and publish it on Social Media as well.

Looking forward for a positive response from your team as early as possible and for strict action against the officials for fooling people.

Just dial executives and managers making fool from 10 days, they take cheqeu from me and didn't do any thing... Hi,

On 30th july'15 your executive mr. akash met me for jd omni product (website, application etc etc... his mail attached). he told initial fee of rs. 3500 for product creation and it will come to us for testing for two months. if we feel okay about we can continue with monthly fee of rs.3450.

After that he was non-contactable and hence the bank cheque of rs.3500/ could not be cleared.

Neither he turned for the product process nor the contract for website/application came into picture from responsible representative from justdial.

Suddenly on 23rd rs.3450 debited from my account. when inquired it was ecs mandate.

My concerns:-

The initial product not created as per our requirement & discussion/contract has not come into place. how come the ecs cleared from my account that too within 22 days which was suppose to come for clearance after two months of product creation.

I contacted customer care but so far i have not received any suitable response.

Writing this mail to you for a speedy resolution.

We are the newly formed branding agency in Bangalore. On June 15, 2016, we entered into a contract with justdial for the period of three months for get the services under the Platinum Gold Diamond (PDG) scheme and paid the upfront payment of Rs. 58, 337/- through our credit card (which was converted into EMIs by our bank for 24 months alongwith interest). The Sales Agent, Anthony Gregory, met us that time and told that we need to select categories related to our which will help in providing the enquiry calls. As explained by him that there are main categories under which there are many subcategories, hence he made us to choose mainly 8 main categories i.e. Advertising Agencies, Brand Launching Services, Brand Promotion Services, Brand Management Services, Brand Designing Services, Branding Services, Branding Development Services and Retail Branding Services. These services got activated after 4-5 days of signing contract.
As a matter of fact, we start getting enquiry calls and we used to call the number provided to us related to the caller to know about the enquiry. Some are looking for publishing classified ads in the newspaper, some are looking for jobs, some want to rent their house, some want to paste the posters on the roadside, some wanted to publish mortuary ads, some wanted to apply for radio jockey examination etc. We realized that no calls are actually relevant to our business and we not able to convert any of them to our business. We immediately informed this to the Justdial Customer care and wrote a mail on 1st July 2016 about this. We haven’t received any response from the customer care and we continuously writing mails to them to sort out this issue before this contract period ends. Jayanti from Customer care team heard us and said that there are no internal problems in the services. We explained her that we are not getting any relevant calls, moreover, its leading to waste of our time, money and patience. But nothing was happening from the customer care and we were completely in disturbed situation.

Finally, when we felt that nobody from customer care is helping us, we went to the office of Justdial on 3rd Aug 2016, and met the manager Farah. We explained her the situation and asked for the help. She understood our situation and asked her team to freeze the contract. She also informed us that there is nothing like main or subcategories and also the categories chosen by us doesn’t have any value or use. We are surprised to hear that and we thought that how can the Sales Agent, Anthony, lie to us for making his sales and also not attending our calls thereafter. Further she asked us to resign the contract with the different categories. We told her that we do not want to have any new contract with Justdial and wanted our refund of money in full. But she said that we don’t provide refund and we only can help you by resigning the new contract.

We were already feeling bad about the justdial experience, still, in order to utilize our already spent money of Rs 58, 337/-, we asked her to provide us packaged scheme for this amount. She agreed on that and said that she with Ramya and Vasuki will work on the proposal and share with us. We left from the office with the hope that now justdial will understand our situation and help us in the best manner. But to our surprise, Justdial sent first proposal to us on 5th Aug 2016 for the amount of Rs. 41, 410/-. When we asked that why they sent us proposal for this amount, they have no answer and immediately sent us proposal on 9th Aug 2016 for the amount of Rs. 58, 108/- comprising of same details of the services as been written in the previous proposal. Then, in order to be very clear, we asked Ramya that the services will be activated of the whole amount of Rs. 58, 337/- as there was undue delay and negligence from their side to attend to our issues and to freeze the contract at the right time. But Ramya informed us that even if the proposal is of the amount Rs. 58, 108/- still the services will be activated only for the balance amount of Rs 21, 000/- which is remaining in the present contract. This is unjustified and unfair on the part of Justdial to do this with us. We have timely told them about the issues faced by us and asked them to resolve them, but nothing was happened from Justdial side. It is complete negligence and ignorance from the Justdial side, for which they cannot make us suffer. We realized that Justdial is the fraud company and just taking away money of the customer by not providing any proper services.

We are fully frustrated with Justdial. We don’t want any relation with justdial and want full refund of our money. Afterall, we are still paying interest on that amount to our bank through EMIs. We request you to kindly provide justice to us and help us in getting away from these cheaters. Please help us for the refund of our full amount with interest as the earliest from Just Dial. We have all the mail correspondences and proposal/invoice copies with us and attached here for reference. We need proper justice in this case and request you to take strict action against Justdial.

I ordered a ASUS mobile phone in Hyderabad city through Just dial and paid 9000/- online. The company promised the delivery within 7 working hrs. Since the product was not delivered as promised I contacted them. The CC told that they are still trying to locate some dealer for that phone. It continued for two days and during that period I made the calls for 6 times. Every time they promised that it will be delivered and they will give the exact time after 10 minuts of my call. But JD.com never bothered to give me a call, or at least an SMS to tell the status or that it can not be delivered. After that I cancelled that order. JD told no vendors are available and they wanted to cancel it. Now I have to wait for 4-6 days for money refunded. See how is handling their customers. No customer should be cheated like this.

My Complaint is under showeth:

1. I Ankur Popli am running a contract with JustDial with the firm name AKay Car Cleaning Services from the last 1.5 year approximately. I am the Sole Propritor of the firm.

2. As due to some reasons i am unable to run my business so I tried to contact JustDial from the last 15 days approx. On the below mobile numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected]. But everytime i spoke to customer Care executive they said "Our Concerned Department is Not available. We have arranged a call back for you." And sometimes they put the call on hold for 7-8 minutes and never retreived. But i hadn't received any call in approx 10 days. I have recorded every conversations in my mobile.

3. On 20th/ August/2016 as my ECS hit my account I somehow managed to talk to concerned departent after many efforts and after trying 8-10 times on Justdial contact number and I registered my request for stopping ECS to Miss Jyoti.

4. On 24th/August/2016 I have received a call at about 3.28 pm from mobile number [protected] from JustDial Miss Jyoti was speaking on the call on the behalf of Just Dial. She told me that i have received rewiews from our management they are saying that you are still running your business so your request for Stopping ECS is rejected and as you signed our contract go to your copy of contract and check you are not supposed to stop the ECS without prior notice of 3 months so I Am forwarding tour request and after 3 months you can Call me on [protected] and 2517 is your extension number.

5. I request the Justdial to stop my ECS immediately.

I have received the massage from jd omni team regards the app is going top be live in next 24 hours. But unfortunately i am not able to open the link to download it. I call your no minimam 20 times and each and every one just pass on to other and take too long time. It's going on last 2 (Two) months and i paid money for 7 months.

I am a consistent customer of justdial.com but the year 2016 has been highly inconvenient as i didn't receive messages of queries for a over a couple of months. Over that my details where wrongly putted. My account was charged of verification charges again and again. Not only this my account also had an uninformed deduction. When asked for compensation of the loss faced by me in my business i was kept awaited for 2 months and was also asked for repetitive mailing and calling to resolve my problems. Even the good employees of justdial like nimisha ji (Jaipur branch) couldn't resolve my problems. I have plenty of issues unresolved and for the same i have decided to discontinue with justdial.
There is even more of sufferings i have faced due to association with justdial.

By far i have maintained 3 accounts in justdial and have already paid over 40, 000 in the past few years as i had faith and also have promoted it to many people.

But now i am highly disappointed.

I am guhan from j-tech engineering company located in coimbatore.
Just dial executive approched me on 09 aug 2016 for the ecs package of 24200 /yr. And he asked to give an payment of advance rs.8, 050 cheque through from the date for 15aug. And he assured that he will give an login account within 48hrs for sure. After getting payment there is no response from their side. Even if we contact them also there is no proper reply.

I am really feel worst of "customer relationship services"from this just dial concern.
Please, i need a solution of getting my amount refund.

I have taken just dial package 2 year ago. But due to your poor services i have stopped your services, i have also informed your concerned department person - mr vikas sahu to stop my justdial account but i didn't think he informed the company as well.

Firstly they deduct payment from your account on the behalf of just dial.

I have stop all the services from just dial and informed with your concerned team and he assured me for that, so i really concerned why this is happening form justdial.

Please be sure i need my money back, and i m not interested the worst serveices of just dial.

I do not recommend any one to buy their services, company is purely fake.

My business 'caterers r us' a catering business was registered with just dial. I rented my business so wanted to stop deduction fro june but i was told that i have a one year contract which will get over in july'16. I waited for that month as well but now it is august and ecs deduction is continuously happening, in fact there were multiple deductions in a month without any justification. I had called them first in june'16 (In addition to email) and asked for stopping deduction when they said executive will call me but no one called. Then again i called them on 9th july and asked for complain # which is 608142. Requesting your immediate help as i do not understand how can they do this.
