[Resolved] Justickets — about my order | |||||
Sir, today i just booked movie ticket for 17 may but unfortunately i had gone through some work on that day so i am unable to go movie. But now i had checked that there is no cancellation and i have contacted the customer care he also told that no cancellation that is the worst rule i have ever seen because there are more 5 days for movie u have to put an option for cancellation. So i kindly request you to cancel my tickets. U have to place a rule for cancellation of tickets by placing time. Because if we had work on the particular time we can't reach there so i have to place atleast a rule before one or two days we have to cancel our order Was this information helpful? | |||||
