i have try o book bahubali movie ticket in justicket mobile app.. i have submitted conformation pin after loading it shows order is canceled but money was debited after that i got this message..POS tran of Rs. 810.00is done on on[protected]. at 4.50pm so please refund my money Cell:[protected] mail id: [protected]@gmail.com

Pre-booked tickets were not given

Hey! I pre booked 5 tickets for the evening show of Bramhotsavam on this day. I even paid an amount of 600 through my wallet. I was told that i would receive a mail as soon as the tickets are booked. But i didn't receive any mail until now. The show is today itself, in the evening. What do i have to do?
