[Resolved] Justickets — amount debited, but tickets not confirmed. | |||||
Today (8/19/2018), i've made a payment of 718rs twice. At first, i booked 4 tickets for my family using justickets app (Booking location:guntur & not signed in). The amount of 718rs is debited from my acc no: 51xxxxx38 and shows a similar error like below: (Image source: google) I thought it was a very rare error and tried to book my tickets again.. And then, the result was same i lost another 718rs. Total 1436rs was debited from my account and booking not happened at all. 1. Used e-mail: [protected]@gmail.com 2. Used card: debit 3.
