Request you to please send the mobile number and email address used while making the booking to [protected]@justickets.in, to enable us to identify your transaction.
We have launched the Justickets wallet and urge you to try the same as it helps you book tickets faster.
Additionally, in the event of an unsuccessful booking refunds are processed instantaneously and the money refunded to your wallet.

The service charges are too high...The thing is why are you taking service charges. No other site does this.
