[Resolved] Justickets — Amount was debited without any timer confirmation

I am from Guntur I have booked bahubali 2 tickets in Bhaskar cinemas after entering the otp number amount has been debited from my account but I did not get any confirmation of my tickets. My amount has been debited on 10th may 10.31 am of amount Rs 569 of seat rows f1 f2 f3 f4 for 6.15 show of 11th May 2017, but tickets are not booked, I excepted money would be refunded with in 24 hrs but it has not been credited . So kindly credit the amount of money Rs 569 to my account as early as possible

As you have resolved my complaint given by me .But my contact number which have been given in my complaint has been registered as justikets contact number and all the customer are contacting me thinking that i am from justikets so remove my number

I booked 5 tickets the theater of Cinesquare, Guntur on 13/05/2017. The amount was deducted from my account but, tickets were not confirmed. till now i didnt get the same deducted amount of Rs.576.76/-.
