I booked a ticket for Sunday as it is all ready showing that date i made a payment for 4ticktes when i am done its shows next day booking .
I called the customer service to tell about this technical problems they started finding mistakes in me and said that they cannot refund the money

                      On may 23 I have booked 4 tickets of worth 461 and it was Debited from the wallet but ticket's didn't get booked.

                                      I tried booking tickets for bahubali2 in kakinada anad theatre on wednesday for the show on 6pm for 2 times.. But both the times the transaction had been a failure.. So we opted for bookmyshow and when recieved their tickets we got a message ftom justikets about the money deduction of the previous 2 transactions.. Now i need my money refunded.. And clearly i need no tickets because they have already been booked by us through bookmyshow.. I hope you will solve this problem a quickly as possible..
