I have been trying to pre book tickets of the movie 'brahmotsavam' on this day and due to some problem my tickets are not prebooked but the amount has been deducted from my state bank of hyderabad. I didn't get any message regarding my ticket booking conformation!!!

                      Just ticket web-site again failed to deliver what was promised. The film "sarainodu" is not released in theaters they notified in vizianagaram a.P (New poorna & aditya theators).
                      In the case of "gabbarsingh" movie also same thing had happened. Just tickets collected money filled their wallets and keeping mum after that.
                      I booked much in advance, on 19th march for tickets meant for 12th april for movie "gabbarsingh"
                      I requested several times through customer care to refund rs. 500.
                      Their phone works but nobody attends.
                      It is obvious now that your scheme "moviepass" is utterflop concept designed to trap gullible moviegoers.
                      Number of complaints can be seen in "complaint board", but it seems no governamental agency is taking any cognizance to this kind of looting of public money.

                        I booked my tickets for sarainodu movie in rajahmundry urvasi theatre morning show (11:15 am) in justickets i payed amount through net banking. total amount 170 rs pays through citrus payment it cut from my account 170rs but i did not receive any booking code. the date of the incident is 22nd april 2016 the show is on tomorrow morning that means 23 april 2016. i want my money return or my booking code

                        I booked my tickets in hyderabad noon show (2:00 pm) in justickets i payed amount through net banking. total amount 208 rs pays through net banking payment it cut from my account 208rs but i did not receive any bookinge code.booking date 22 apr 2016 and show date 23 apr 2016...                             i book tickets on 5th april but the tickets have not booked, the care serviece member said it was refunded on 6th of april, but upto now i have not recieved any money to my account, i called to justickets cerviece again but they are not responding properly, they are not lifting the call. my mobile no is [protected], i registered from this no only.i am attaching the pic of my sbh statement it shows the proof of not recieving any amount and also cutting of money on 5th april . i need my money.
