      First, 2 tickets were booked. There was no problem about that. Second time another 2 tickets were booked. The order has been confirmed but amount was deducted twice from the balance. So instead of deducting 2 times, money was deducted 3 times. Please look into the matter and refund the extra money deducted the flaw was in transaction number 828998.

              I went into Justickets site for booking tickets for Bahubali movie for morning show in Sangam theatre, Visakhapatnam.. I made the payment for 4 tickets exactly 360.88 rupees from my State bank of India account through net banking and the money is successfully transferred to their account but they didn't issued any booking code or conformation message... i am so much angry about this situation.. after some time i went again into their site for looking is my seats are blocked or not.. and that seats which i reserved are available for booking again... what the bull is this...

                    I waited to book a ticket for Bahubali movie on 12th July, 2015 at SVC - Rama Lakshmana, Srikakulam for last three days., Tickets were not updated till 10th July, 2015., 10:40 PM., and I had kept open the page of just tickets for more than 3 hours and refreshing for every 5 mins. But to my surprise, all tickets for every show were filled and had indicated RED MARK with in 3 mins. How could this happen. You people are doing mischief ?? Sorry to say., I am going to file a complaint under Right to Information Act regarding this issue...to whom you allotted those tickets... and was it done as per rules or not.

                        It all needs our unity to fight a corporate mishap. I think it is just a technical error but not scam. As they promised they have to refund back the amount to the debited account, I think it may take 5 days. Lets stay united and if the amount is not refunded in 5 days from the ate of debit. Lets drag them to courts and sue them legally. Lets post back to the same forum whether we recieved refund or not. i request every one to get a bank statement of debited account and post here.

                        I have only received one refund out of two debits. yet they have to make refund for the failed transaction made on 09/07/2015 for
                        168.41 rupee's

                        Today received a refund for failed transaction happened on 10/07/2015 for 178.41. Thanks for that.

                        Please look into this matter and refund as soon as possible

                          I had booked total 6 tickets...as 178 ra for 2 ticket for each transaction ...for one transaction money was deducted i didnt recieved ticked...for movie I at sripriya theatre kakinada for 17january 9:45 show

                            Pre-booked tickets were not given

                            Hey! I pre booked 5 tickets for the evening show of Bramhotsavam on this day. I even paid an amount of 600 through my wallet.
