[Resolved] Justickets — cash debited from the account. but ticket not booked | |||||
Booked 1 ticket in Regal cinemas, calicut on 26th sept 2018 using upi payment. Cash is debited from the account, but didnt receive any mail or sms regarding the ticket confirmation. Immediately contacted justicket cusomer care, he told the booking was failed and the amount will be credited back within 10 working days. But till now i am not received any mail/sms regarding the cancellation of the ticket booking. I missed the show also. Totally disappointed with justickets.com. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I booked 3 tickets from just tickets movie called "Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava i paid through paytm the money has debited from the account but no ticket has been conform and unable to see the booking id.
