I have booked karupan movie, i am booked date 02/10 but show date is 05/10 i am really confused in online please cancel that ticket and refund my money my account as soon as possible.

I tried to book assisted booking for upcoming movie...But in terms and conditions u have mentioned that your tickets are not confirmed...At the same time you are asking us full amount for the same... Please reduce the amount for assisted booking...we will pay the full amount after the tickets are confirmed...

To place an Assisted Order, you are requested to keep enough balance in the Wallet. Your tickets shall get confirmed only when seats are available as per your preference and enough balance is left in the Wallet. Incase your booking is not confirmed, your money will continue to be in your Wallet.

I book a afternoon 2.40pm show ticket mersal on 17 October 2017 Tamilnadu, Trichy city, sona theatre screen1 row N21 money is debited but transaction failed.. Could not come any message from justickt for confirmation ticket also.. So please refund the money into my account as soon as possible...
