[Resolved]  Justickets — Money charged

Sir, i have booked 4 tickets on 24/5/2017 and successfully done my transaction of 500rs through card details with conformation of otp. But, suddenly yesterday morning 3000rs was deducted from my bank account without any booking. For what reason/purpose i charged for 3000rs without any conformation. Without any conformation why money was deducted from my bank account.

On may 23 I have booked 4 tickets of worth 461 and it was Debited from the wallet but ticket's didn't get booked.
I contacted to customer care they said money will be debited within 10 days but it doesn't.
