[Resolved] Justickets — money debit for cancelled booking | |||||
I booked tickets for movie on 13 may 2018 throush justicket. My booking got some problem and was not successful and it went to the homepage, but money was debited from my account, i got a message from justicket money will be refunded in 10 days. Its almost 10 days now and still money has not been refunded and no further clarification has been there from justickets admins side. My booking got some problem and was not successful and it went to the homepage, but money was debited from my account, i got a message from just ticket Your ticket -104219 - has been closed. Its almost 10 days now and still money has not been refunded and no further clarification has been there from just tickets admins side. Please help

I'm booking Kala movie tickets but I didn't get confirmation message I pay money on net banking Ian regarding to justickets customer care, they are asking my ATM 💳 card number (not pin )but I didn't have my 🏧ATM card that's y Iam paying net banking ...they told to me we can't give refund

Sir/Madam, I have booked my tickets for KAALA (Tamil) on June 3rd of 2018. Amount got debited from my account but the ticket wasn't booked. It's been 10 days and I haven't received my cash yet so I kindly request you to take proper action.
