[Resolved]  Justickets — Money debited twice but tickets not received

I tried to book tickets for satamaanam bhavathi movie for 28th jan 2017. I selected seats n continue to payment through citrus net banking option...i entered my credentials...it went to payment window..otp came, it is also entered by me...after that no screen is displayed...it goes on processing...in the mean time i got msg from hdfc bank...'your is debited frm ur a/c' ...i think it is server problem...i will get it back to my a/c...second time again i did the same...n response from the server is also same...please refer the pic i attached below...n refund my money asap...
