[Resolved] Justickets — Money was debited and conformation was not received | |||||
Heloo justickets my self g. Mohanrao from visakhapatnam (Andhrapradesh). I have booked 3 tickets in sangam theatre 6.30pm show on 13/08/2016. I have used my sbi debit card it charged me 346.06rs but unfortunatly i didnt recieved my tickets conformation message and my money was debited through my account. And the transaction id is justickets52317 at justickets com txn#[protected]. So kindly credit my so that i can schedule my booking again. I also did 4-5 calls to your customer support they didnt response. Contact me as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
