[Resolved] Justickets — no option to modify movie ticket booking

Immediately after the booking of 5 tickets i noticed that the date of my movie booking at abhilash theatre in mukkam, kozhikode, kerala went wrong (Justickets booking code: 9ec2799f, dated 16 october 2018). I requested for a change of date to 18th october (Originally wanted date) immediately and they have responded that their policy is that once ticket is booked, no changes or cancellation possible. I need a refund for it if change cannot be done. I also want all these movie booking sites to modify their policy to accommodate changes.
