[Resolved] Justickets — Payment done but ticket confirmation not displayed or messaged to mobile or mail

Hi,

On 11/1/2016, I have done two transactions at Justickets.in for the telugu movie Nannaku prematho for the theatre Amba, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad 2.30PM show. I I have received confirmation mail and messages for my first transaction its id is 8IPM6SKF. But not received any message or mail for booking status of 2nd transaction for the same show and same theatre and money deducted from account. Here are the details provided for booking:
