Hi, On 11/1/2016, I have done two transactions at Justickets.in for the telugu movie Nannaku prematho for the theatre Amba, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad 2.30PM show. I I have received confirmation mail and messages for my first transaction its id is 8IPM6SKF. But not received any message or mail for booking status of 2nd transaction for the same show and same theatre and money deducted from account. There seems to have been a problem with your transaction and your booking was unsuccessful. If money has been debited from your account, it will be refunded automatically within the next 5 -7 working days.
We have launched the Justickets wallet and urge you to try the same as it helps you book tickets faster.
Additionally, in the event of an unsuccessful booking refunds are processed instantaneously and the money refunded to your wallet.
