[Resolved] Justickets — Payment not received | |||||
I have made a transaction on 11/02/2016 and it was not successful but my money was debited for the transaction. I still didn't get my money back and I have approached my bank and I was said to forward a mail to them which should be received from Justickets saying that the transaction was not successful and money is processed by Justickets. Thanks for writing in to us and we apologise for the inconvenience. Your money seems to have been refunded from our end on the below date and the bank has generated the ARN number for the same. Kindly consult your Bank with the ARN number as reference and they will be able to track its status for you.
