[Resolved] Justickets — Payment not received

I have made a transaction on 11/02/2016 and it was not successful but my money was debited for the transaction. I still didn't get my money back and I have approached my bank and I was said to forward a mail to them which should be received from Justickets saying that the transaction was not successful and money is processed by Justickets.
