Thank you for writing in to us. There seems to have been a problem with your transaction and your booking was unsuccessful. If money has been debited from your account, it will be refunded automatically within the next 5 -7 working days.
We have launched the Justickets wallet and urge you to try the same as it helps you book tickets faster.
Additionally, in the event of an unsuccessful booking refunds are processed instantaneously and the money refunded to your wallet.
