Date of the incident :[protected] &[protected] Client number : +91 [protected] Hi, i am srikanth, on 10.04.2017 i have booked 2 pre booking tickets through netbanking and showing amount on that day of rs.236/- on but don't get any mail or message for ticket confirmation from just tickets. On 26.04.2017 i have signin my account and seeing the ticket status but tickets was not cofirmed and showing the balance amount of rs.208/- and i have paid also through netbanking but no confirmation received from just tickets, and i donot get mail or message confirmation also, may please refund my amount of rs.236+208.
