[Resolved]  Justickets — transaction error

I tried to book ticket on 12/3/18 morning for the movie pari not a fairytale in regal cenas kozhikode
Transaction was with my debit card via justpay, money was deductrd from my account but no confirmation regarding ticket. My money was deducted from account and i didint get any tickets for movie plz go through my issue and get back to me soon faithfully anoop

There is currently no option to cancel or exchange tickets, but we will try to look at introducing a feature in the future for your convenience.
