I am recounting my bitter experience with this “so called” agency which is nothing but a scam and a cheat. I contacted the above agency for a housemaid for my elderly mother who is 90 years old. I was asked to pay a deposit of rs. 7080 which would be refunded if i was not satisfied with the maid they provided. Without paying this amount they will not entertain you. The very first maid they sent for interview stole my mother’s cellphone. After this experience at the interview stage itself i did not want to deal with such a dubious agency and asked them to refund my money. They are refusing to do this. How can they cheat a 90year old lady of rs. 7080? Can they say they have provided any service just by sending one maid for interview - that too a thief. And then charge me rs. 7080 for this “service”. We have not even employed the person for one minute. I appeal to everyone who has been similarly cheated to join me in exposing them so that they do not go on cheating innocent people. I really want to inform as many people as possible about their fraudulent activities. They should not be allowed to go on cheating people who come to them with a genuine need. I request all people who have been cheated by this agency to mail me at [protected]@gmail.com.
