Hi I had registered a complaint on dated 29 Oct 2017. complaint no. is kf 150236. No action was taken and no technician was assigned/sent over to fix the issue. today id 3 Nov 2017 Very poor service from kaff team. I suggest you all never buy home appliance from kaff.

Kaff's is the most pathetic service i have seen. Their service engineer has taken my PCB board close to a 1week ago (It's under warranty) and still no reply as to when my PCB board will come. I am totally fed up of calling them. Still no response. What sort of crap service is this. I am not ever going to buy kaff products ever again & recomned to any 1. At the time of selling they told life time warranty no when i face problem then they told 1 year warrant. Why they cheating to customer god knows.
When i called their senior manager, she has no idea how to talk to customer very rude lady.
