Hi, this complaint regards the building were we stay nearby, this is 30 yrs old building yet it is not repaired and the owner is not at all taking any initiative to repair the building. there are total 26 flats in this building and in this 4 rooms belongs to owner but now there are only 12 families are left due to building condition i do not understand why the KDMC is not taking the responsibility for such kind of issue cant your dept people checks the area building atleast issue one notice so that he can renovate or rebuild the building nothing is happening and we really dont know when it will be demolish by its own please take the action on the same other wise if any one will die due to this the KDMC will be responsible for the same and the owner of this building, As i shared the photo of the building the 4th floor balcony part has been broken and fell down on the street there are kids playing is this location even there are shops what if any one got injured or get killed due to this

From KDMC we get a call for regarding Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana .
they called us at KDMC for registration Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana .
we handover all document to KDMC staff ( Mrs Sneha ) for above said subject registration. after that they provide us 1 booklet and KDMC case paper that it on 09th Jun2021. few days back again we received call from KDMC . they given one government number and said just call this number then you will get OTP for daily routine check up updates etc . after few minutes back KDMC staff call us to take the OTP number for further process .
but till now we are not get any calls, benefits, cash etc from them and whenever we called them no one can answer the calls .
may be KDMC team registering the pregnant women names on there own mobile numbers while registering and after then each person 6000 rs and other benefits they are getting only . not going to give this benefits to pregnant women because of not available online application from maharashtra. need to look this matter seriously orelse we need to submit this issue to the top management.

On behalf of the residents of B- WING JAI SHRUTI SOCIETY, M.G. ROAD, VISHNU NAGAR, DOMBIVALI (WEST ) 421202. I would like to complain about the irregular garbage collection in my society.

Usually, garbage collection is scheduled. However, for the past 4 weeks, the garbage lady not even passed to our housing area . She only go to selective houses.

As a result, the garbage is swarming with flies and has become the breeding place for maggots. In addition the garbage is now emitting foul smell and is giving our neighborhood a bad image.

I really hope that the KDMC will give serious attention to this problem and will take immediate action.

I want you to notice the pathetic condition of roads in Baneli gaon near Titwala(421605). It is really difficult to pass through these roads. The road is full of pits which makes it a high level difficult to drive. Throughout the baneli, it is extremely troublesome to drive any kind of vehicle. The condition of roads is still same since many months.
I request you to take immediate action to repair the roads.

We reside in RH-115, B-13, Gleam apartments. In this society there are only two trees rest all trees has been cut by the society members.

Tree plantation is very necessary and the beautiful trees in our building were brutally cut. All society members signed and agreed to cut trees giving a very immature reason of car circulation. It is a rule to have minimum of 20 trees.

I stay at Dombivali West. For last 7 days in my society no one came to collect garbage as well as there is no dustbin near society. On opposite side of road there is a place where people dump their garbage because they don't have other option. On same place there is a banner saying "1500 Rs fine will be taken if garbage is thrown here." (I really appreciate this and support this move). As a responsible citizen I decided not to throw garbage on that road, but then where should I throw my garbage if garbage collectors do not come to my home to collect garbage for 7 days. I cannot keep for long as it is started stinking already here.

I m one of the member living in heena garden wayle nagar khadak pada kalyan West. We the people of heena garden are sick of street dogs as there are 20-25 street dogs in our area. It is so dangerous for our kids to play out as they bark n attack on kids. They even bark on knowing people. My child was been trapped by them 2-3 months before and they had bite his hand. It is being so dangerous for us. I hope you will help us. We have jobs at morning n this dogs bark whole night we r not able to take complete sleep because of them. Children are also disturbed by them at ol lecture because 20-25 dogs barking at a time is a huge noise one is not able to concentrate.

Request to you please clear road side huge garbage as soon as possible . This garbage problem are more issues in this area. And please provide west dustbin

Www.kdmc.gov.in site is not working. Please make it up as there are online bills to be paid.

In our shop area, near commissionr bungalow.royal residency park. Kalyan West, Lots of stray dogs are barking whole day and night & attack on child and people.
request you to send dog catcher department men to catch them. So that they won't harm us in near future. Requesting you to take action as soon as possible, contact number - [protected]

This is to inform you that in our area (kalyan east nandivali near aray gurukul school) specially challs area people throw the garbeg here and there they just messed up the area even bmc bus come to collect the garbeg in the morning . I would like to suggest you that please put the board everywhere to saying that don't throw the garbeg here if you throw you will be fined of ...rs .

I stay in Dombivli East Omkar nagar, Azdegaon . There is very very very short of water only 1 bucket comes every day since july starting . How to stay here without water in Kalyan Dombivli . So my crowded city but not water then what is the use to stay here . Very very shameful.

I stay in titwala (east) hari om velly last 4 days having a water problem in our area. Last 5 days at the time of water, electricity department cut the power of electricity and water doesn't supply last 5 day, they thing having a many problems in our area . I call customer care number they doesn't reply please solve the electricity and water problem. Please .

Water shortage for the last 4 days at Ashok Nagar, Waldhuni, Kalyan(E).

Due to heavy rains from past few days, flies and mosquitos are arise very much, this irritates in day and night, we are have small children's in our home, due to this they can go ill.. kindly do the pest control in our society as soon as possible,

Sever system is not proper working in above address. So all water logging on road. And this proble is comming every reany time every year. In that case there is difficulty to walking. Water logged till knee then how to walk people form there. Road is damaged due to water logging.

I'm Jayantilal Velji Majethia, we have water connection number: F[protected] Name and address on the bill:
Bhanji Bros
Paras soc, Fatteali path, Domvivali East, Kalyan Thane city. Dombivali 421201

I would like to highlight some issues we are having at the moment:
1. Connection number: F[protected] is between 6 houses (Tenants).
Room numbers are: 01, 04, 05, 08, 09, & 19. However, the new landlord gave 2 hours on rent and changed it to commercial shops room number 05 & 09.
Every 6 months we get a water bill 3600Rs and we used to divide it so each tenant used to pay 600Rs. However, for the last 2 years, our new landlord says I won't pay the water bill for these 2 houses(Room 05 & 09 as I changed it into Commercial so go and cancel those 2 houses from the water bill.
We 4 tenants/Houses (01, 04, 08, 19) to KDMC water department in Dombivali but no one responded properly. They said you need a letter from the Landlord saying he changed it to commercial but Landlord is not ready to give in the letter.
Can you please have a look into this matter and remove two hoses (05 & 09) as the landlord has changed to commercial offices?
2. We used to pay for water for 2 hours but now we can't pay. We request you to have a look into this matter on an urgent basis, please
3. This property was sold to a new landlord name: Ganesh Developers in 2005-06 but the new landlord (Ganesh Developers) has not changed the water bill connection to their name. Water bill still on the old landlord Bhanji Bros.
