Kalyan Jewellers — ecs debit mandate stoppage confirmation

I took a scheme (Dhanvarsha) of 10000/- month debit from kalyan store of pitampura with ecs mandate. Ecs could be processed only after 3 months claiming they were supposed to take one more signatures.. Which they failed to take. Now my tenure of debit is over in august 17 and i am asking it should not debit in sep.. They are not able to confirm. For each work 100 times follow up.. Very poor resonse and action
