Kalyan Jewellers — Misleading and not delivered item after full payment

I purchased a pendent online from Candere, order # 965940 dt 16.09.2021, successful payment completed in full at the time of order through electronically. expected delivery date was 5.10.2021 but still not delivered. every time contacted them they excused for anther 2-3 days, even today they told me the same thing, asked to share the logistics details, not given. i am regretting on my decision and strongly feel kind of fraud is circulating. what i suppose to do now, please advise. Regards.
