Dear sir, I made a payment of rs. 3000/- online on 12.02.2019 due to inter-net problem i could not get my receipt on line. The error appeared the payments failure. But the amount is deducted from my a/c of sbi bank. You are requested to look into for my payments of rs. 3000/- and send me the receipt on my mail address.
