Kapil Chit Funds — 3, 00, 000 chit pending month amount paid but occution amount pending since 40 days

Shamshbad branch kapil chit am one of the cx and i have won occution and i paid pending months amount and am waiting since 40 days, now they are telling check will be given next 60 days that to when i ask him he explaining due to corona amount was not collected, is this local chit or what is that manager or labour don't he have sence how to speek with cx,

Still i requested him to drop a mail the same but he his ignoring, as per terms condition they suppose to give check 45 days they don't if we din't paid one month they collecting fine then if they collecting penalty why can't they give with extra money.

If don't get my check next 2 days off will go leagally as per your company norms.
