Kapil Chit Funds — lifted chit amount is not giving in chandanagar branch

My name is srikanth my chit id is : fcs40f-9.

I started my chit for the purpose of saving after some days i have needed money so i asked one agent to lift the amount so for my urgency they lifted the chit at very low amount for that also i didn't ask anything. My chit has lifted 2 months before i given all the documents and surtites they verified and they said ok but till now also i didn't get the money. Now the chandanagar branch manager is saying that we won't give the money what you can do. They are behaving with the customers very rude and they are saying that we will see you. We are not expecting this from the kapil chits. Please help me in this i am very afraid. If i am going to loose the money what we have to do. Please help me.
