Kapil Chit Funds — not paying my chit money even after 45 days from the date of auction

Respected sir/madam,

I am a chit holder in kapil chit funds private limited.
And i have taken the chit money (Fkkt01g-9) on 29/12/2017 in the 42nd month (Total period is 50 months) and i have kept pledge another chit (Fkkl09f-38) as surety and completed formalities from my end on the next day itself.

The person who conducted the auction told me that i can get the money within 10 days. And i have waited till jan 19th and when i call him, he said we already sent the file to management and call to manager jayaprasad reddy for the update. When i called manager, he told me that the dd money will be given by 25th january.

But i didn't get any response until i made a call on 29th january. Then he told me that we only give only 45 days from the auction. I requested that as it is only a pledged chit and the future months only 6-8 months please give me money so that i can utilize the money for my reasons.

Then i waited till 10th february and as they didn't respond my calls i went to branch office in kukatpally in the morning. When i called from the office, the manager is outside and asked me to come by 3'0 clock in the evening.
I again went to branch office at around 3'0 clock. He is available in the office and he told that they will send me the dd on monday (12th february 2017) and when i called to regional manager (Vishnuvardhan rao. D) he told due to some problems we are giving late and will be done as early as possible but latest by 15th february.

And when i asked the statement showing list of people who won the auction on the same day when i took and money when they got, they refused it saying it is internal one.

Then i called on 14th feb'2017, the same will be ready by 15th feb'2017. The same was repeated on 15th and said they will do on 16th feb.
And when i called on 16th feb, they said we are in the process of preparing the dd.

I am really fed up with their services, their recurring failure to keep their promises and also on the postponement of dates.

I am feeling like i am begging them for my own money.

Can you please help me by providing me the chit money and also the compensation by considering the interest on the chit money, my expenses, my time and also the mental agony etc.

And also issue orders to the company to stop giving false promises.
